Pourquoi se contenter de moins quand on peut passer des vacances dans un grand ranch au coeur de tout? Ce ranch spacieux a 3 Bdr / 2. 5 Ba. Cette maison d'un étage est située à 8 km du centre-ville de Charleston et à 5 km de l'île de Palms et de l'île de Sullivan. Les installations comprennent un étang dans l'arrière-cour, 2 télévisions intelligentes, Roku, Netflix, cheminée, wifi, grill et câble.

La grande tanière est le lieu parfait avec une grande télévision connectée et des canapés confortables pour un salon détendu. La tanière a des portes françaises et un beau plancher de bois franc. Un lit gigogne de grande taille est également disponible pour la tanière pour convertir cette pièce en chambre bonus.

La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, de grands placards sans rendez-vous, sa propre salle de bain avec ses lavabos, des Sky Lights ou des fenêtres au plafond et une baignoire de jardin. Une chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne pour accueillir jusqu'à trois personnes. Les enfants adorent le lit gigogne! Une autre chambre a une reine confortable. Il y a une salle de bain Jack et Jill entre les chambres.

Les locataires doivent être âgés de 25 ans et plus.

This home was perfect for our short family trip to Charleston. It’s centrally located between Charleston and Isle of Palms which was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room to spread out too. The host is very responsive to messages. Next time we are in Charleston I will definitely look for this home again!

We loved the property it was as described in the listing.wonderful neighborhood close to Charleston many wonderful restaurants very close our Chihuahua loved the fenced in yard.the house was very clean would definitely stay there again.

Initially a problem as the cleaners had not come but contacted owner and the cleaners came shortly after and the owner gave us a 50 credit. Place was nice a roomy and very convenient to Mt Pleasant area, Shem creek and Daniel Island for the tennis open. The picture of the back area shows more comfy chairs than are actually there but still was ok. Walked across to beautiful neighborhood with walking path and walked to nice bagel shop nearby. Bathroom shower stall small and could use update but overall a nice stay in the ranch home.

This property was very clean and in a great location. The backyard was very peaceful facing the pond, and 2 large living spaces inside the house offer plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is a quick drive to downtown CHS and to Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. Would highly recommend this property!

The host is very friendly and cooperative. The place needs some TLC, though. The frying pans need replaced; the dishwasher did not clean the dishes; there were small bags of snacks provided, but they expired in 2024. The beds are not especially comfortable.

Great stay in Mount Pleasant

Traveled to Mount Pleasant to celebrate our grandaughters high school graduation. The property was great, and included everything we needed for our stay! Very close to shopping, resturants and a vhort drive to Isle of Palms beaches! The pergola overlooking the pond fountain (lighted at night) made a nice place to relax!

Great location and place!

The location was perfect for our trip, literally a mile from the two locations we had to go to. The house was nicely appointed as well. The owners were very thoughtful with extra touches and supplies. We enjoyed the porch and lake view in the back. Definitely would recommend.

Wedding stay

We had a nice stay and the home was perfect for our needs while in town for a wedding! The kitchen and dining table provided plenty of room for us to cook and dine and the beds were comfortable. The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was great for evening walks with a nearby playground for the kids. Overall a great stay!

Palmetto Paradise is an impeccable and spacious home with amazing decor, two Smart TVs, wifi, and an an arcade game for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga! It's minutes from downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Old Village Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms where year round activities area abound. Additional amenities include books and cable on each Smart TV. This home has huge french doors and bay windows for plenty of natural lighting. We do not provide food but the kitchen is equipped with the cooking ware and appliances to prepare great meals for you and your guests. This home is big enough to host your friends and family with plenty of space for all. Enjoy the pergola and outdoor seating in the patio area to watch the star-filled sky in the evenings! Palmetto Paradise is in a private and quiet neighborhood.
