Everything as advertised. Great view, easy parking. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short to get out of the area before the hurricane -- always a risk this time of year.

We loved our stay at Edgewater, especially how much ocean you can see all the time!! Spectacular! We enjoyed using the pool, jacuzzi and club facilities like the gym and golf course. The condo is minimally stocked, so be sure to bring beach towels, though there were chairs and toys for us to use. The kitchen had most of what we needed utensil wise, but we needed to buy all condiments and cleaning supplies. We hope we get to come back soon!

We loved our time here and were so happy with the space ! Loved that they were stocked up on their kitchen supplies and they even had a closet of beach things . Was very clean and well taken care of . Our family of 6 had plenty of room to move around and sleep comfortably. The best view in the master bedroom !

Edgewater Condos feel like a resort with its Lagoon- especially off season!

This is not my first stay at Edgewater Condos. Love the gated parking, gated beach access and personnel visible and available to assist.

Very nice unit and a great location. The only thing we noticed is the ice maker takes days to fill, no worries just grab a few bags of ice everything else is there that you would need. We will book this again.

This condo is a good example of property management company owned. No owner occupancy makes a big difference. The kitchen is a disappointment if you plan on cooking any meals. It is very small and you have No place to put your groceries, except under the sink and on the counter. There were 3 cast iron frying pans and an electric stove. Not a good match. There are other frying pans but old and scratched up. There were no condiments-not even salt and pepper. I love to cook but not in this tiny kitchen with a washer and dryer in it. The decorating was drab except in spare bedroom. We were there for 2wks so I changed it around and made it look as good as I could. It needed some tlc. The patio is very small. We will not be staying here again. We have come twice a yr for 3 yrs, this was the only time we were really disappointed. Like I said good example of management property owned. No personality until I switched it up. Now there is a little. I hope they appreciate it.

We're sorry to hear this condo wasn't the right fit for your stay. While we understand that every guest has different preferences when it comes to layout and décor, the photos and listing accurately represent the size and appearance of the kitchen, patio, and living spaces prior to booking. We also provide a starter supply of essentials, but condiments such as salt and pepper are not stocked for health and safety reasons. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cookware and will share it with the owner for review. Although you didn't care for this particular condo, we manage a wide variety of homes and condos with different styles, layouts, and kitchen setups, and we'd be happy to help you find one that's a better match for your next visit to Panama City Beach.
