Sun City, Palm Desert, offers an amazing 80 clubs for interests such as Yoga, Photography, Quilting, Technology lab, along with 3 expansive Club House facilities with pools, rec centers, tennis, pickleball, two 18 hole golf courses etc. The cozy bedrooms in our home feature 1 king , 1 queen , and 1 queen sofa bed (in the den), ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Our home is equipped with amenities like, AC, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, 70 inch TV, entertainment center and a wonderful backyard, with a waterfall, out door dining, large grill, and hot tub. Your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. You can be as active or relaxed as you want. We have you covered. 20 min to Coachella Festive.!
Our HOA requires a minimum stay of 28 days. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Very nice owners and the lay out of the home. I liked the back yard and bbq, I also liked the lap pool...The community is super friendly and welcoming. I like that I was able to keep my car in the garage to keep it clean. I was also so happy I could be very close to my Important Medical Treatments and Close by to friends to go to lunch with. I was able to attend an important community event as well.
