We want to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, so please review the following notes:

- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We offer flexible timing for your convenience. You may check in as early as 2:00 PM or check out as late as 12:00 PM for a $50 fee each. Please request this in advance as it is subject to availability. 🕒

- Parking: One designated spot is available for $19 per night.

- Check-in: Contactless digital lock instructions are sent prior to your arrival.

- Pets: We welcome furry friends up to 45 lbs for a fee of $125 per pet with a maximum of two. 🐾

- Accessibility: Please note that bedrooms are located downstairs, which may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns.

- Building Maintenance: A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours. Access to the unit is required and guests are notified in advance.

- Mail: We do not have access to a mailbox for guest mail or packages.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Great find in Wooster!

Beautiful apartment in the Wooster neighborhood. New, modern, comfortable apartment within walking distance to great restaurants. Nicely appointed with easy check-in and parking for one car. Was perfect for two couples visiting their Yale students for the weekend!
