Perch Cottage, just across the street from the lake with 10 feet of lake access on Winnipesaukee, has four bedrooms and three baths on three levels, as well as comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas and splendid lake and mountain views. It can handle up to twelve guests on three levels. It is an ideal way for a family or several friends to be together or spread out. Be in the hub of the town, a walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the town boat launch and docks.
Note: The lower level bedroom is a walk-through space that provides access to a separate bedroom with a queen size bed with a door. The room is divided into two areas a lounge area with a sofa bed at the front, and a king size bed toward the back for added privacy and comfort.
