Large Cozy Home Sleeps 10 near UTEP, Hospitals and Downtown

This professionally decorated cozy home was set up for the business traveler who does not want to leave the family behind. Visiting family in the area, our home can accommodate 10 guests. It is situated near the Center of Town blocks away from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and Downtown. Easily accessible from I-10 but located in a safe neighborhood. We are also pet friendly should you need to bring your furry friends. We allow 2 dogs that weigh less than 40lbs. Dogs must be crated while guests are out of the house or left outside in the private patio.
Check in starts at 4:00Pm and Check out is a strict 12:00PM time. The entire property is smoke free. We allow 2 small pets that weigh less than 40#. If left in the home, they must be crated or left outside in the private backyard. Please pick up after your pets and do not allow the dogs on the furniture. Reservations can only be made by adults over the age of 25YO. ID Verification and rental agreement will be required from guest that made reservation. We do not allow parties for any reason. If more than 10 people are found to be entering the home, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without any refunds for unused days.
