In the evening, gather at the dining table for six to enjoy a home-cooked meal or take the conversation outside to the patio. Overlooking the scenic golf course, this peaceful space features a table for four, perfect for sipping evening drinks while watching the sunset. Fairway View combines comfort, convenience, and stunning views, making it the perfect choice for your next getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed and a cable TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 8 steps required.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• This home’s sister unit, Above Par, is available to rent separately, and larger parties are encouraged to book the combined unit, Fairway View Duo.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
