Welcome to this charming house in Lexington neighborhood of Cumberland Hill! You won’t find a more family/friendly environment! Out of my properties, this is where I’d choose to live if I had a choice! The home features 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 full beds, perfect for a group to come back and relax at. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether that be the Garage Gameroom, Hottub, or just relaxing in the private backyard! Veterans Park is only .3 tenths of a mile down the road if you even want to take the kids or get a run/bike in on their trails! We think our place will help you experience everything Lexington has to offer. This home has everything you will need to make you feel right at home! Trust me when I say, you will feel like a local in this environment! Pet friendly too!

We had a great time during our stay. The kids enjoyed the game room and the arcade system. The house was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family came in for a family wedding and appreciated a place to house six of us comfortably. The house was received in excellent condition, easy to find, and easy to enter, no matter how late your arrival is. The host was prompt on responding. Coffee & creamer were waiting next to the coffee maker on arrival. The house is very clean and seems newly remodeled with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, a spa, game room in the garage (note: no air conditioning in garage), and a nice backyard with BBQ grill & patio table & chairs. Great Wifi and Streaming access. Great rental and experience. Would definitely rent this home again.

This was one of the smoothest rentals I have experienced. The host was very communicative and transparent AND accommodating. The space was perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable. I slept better here than 90% of the places I have stayed. The game room and hot tub were wonderful additions to our trip and are sure to keep your group entertained. I wish we had more time here just to hang out at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and even had Tupperware, spices and tin foil for our group to use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Honestly, a great place to stay when you come to town.

Wow, what a great place and great host! The home is very welcoming and ready for your stay. If you forgot something, it's probably already there! After staying at several properties recently, I will say it is very handy to already have spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge so you don't have to buy something that you will most likely use a small quantity of before pitching the rest. This is just one of the small details that the host has put much effort into providing for guests! Highly recommend for groups or families! Close to many attractions!

Wonderful Home!!!

We were in Kentucky for a friend's retirement and decided to look at a home instead of a hotel. I am so glad we went this route - it was SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER! It was me, husband and 2 kids (12, 8). The home was very clean and had all the amenities I could think of. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering questions since we were not from the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

Nice neighborhood, cute home, and decor. Appliances and a coffee station were a nice perk. I like wood flooring; the kitchen had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were very clean. We would stay again.

Simply put, this neighborhood is so welcoming and feels like home! It is one of the safest and best areas of Lexington and one that I would feel comfortable raising kids in! It is peaceful and honestly just a calm setting! My guests have raved about the area from travel nurses to weekender stays!
