Within walking distance you have the harbor, Twin Lakes Beach, Sunny Cove Beach and Starbucks. Everything you want for a Santa Cruz trip all at your fingertips

Just yards from the beach, this small boutique hotel is your escape. The suites have been fully remodeled and decorated for a tranquil yet vibrant beach setting.

The Property is a fully renovated boutique hotel that features all-suite accommodations with excellent access to the counties nicest beaches.

Guests have access to there suite and one space of parking.

This is a FULLY SELF SERVICE ACCOMODATION. This includes SELF CHECK IN, SELF CATERING and NO DAILY ROOM SERVICE. For extended stays, rooms will be serviced every 4th day. Guests will have access to additional linens and towels as needed and requested. There is no staff on site but you will be able to contact staff electronically.

We loved our stay and were impressed by the hospitality of the owner William! The listing does make the space seem larger, and we were under the impression it was 2 bedrooms, not a pull out couch and one small room. That was our error. When we checked in, William was extremely accommodating and helped us book another room. Extremely clean and comfortable! Just beware the rooms are small if you have children.
