ENJOY, RELAX, UNWIND! A single story 3 Bedroom, 2 bath Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral home just a short walk to the beach. Includes Family Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen, Laundry Rm, Carport & large patio accessed via sliding glass doors from Family Rm (everything is on the ground floor level....there are no stairs to climb). Fully equipped kitchen with full size oven & cook top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher & large kitchen sink; includes full compliment of kitchen essentials. Queen beds in bedroom #1 and bedroom #2; two twins in bedroom #3. All linens are included. All towels (bath & beach) are included. Wide screen flat panel ROKU Smart TV in FR, cable service, internet & WIFI included. Laundry room includes full sized washer & dryer. Patio equipped with BBQ, dining table/chairs & lounge. Carport large enough for one vehicle. Park a second vehicle on the driveway. Enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, paddle boarding, fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, bicycling, golf, & cruise ship watching, all close by. Minimum age of primary renter is 26 years old. No parties/events are allowed. No pets are allowed. Children are welcome. No smoking/vaping inside or outside is allowed at this property. Guests who violate our NO-SMOKING/VAPING rule will be charged an additional $100.00 per night. Please make your reservation for the exact number of adults and children that will be staying overnight at the house. Overnight guests in excess of the confirmed reservation will be charged extra. This house sleeps no more than six people. Therefore, a maximum of 6 people (any combination of adults and children totaling 6) staying overnight in this house is allowed. Guests who violate this six person rule by having more than 6 people staying at this property will be charged $100 per person per night. Long term rentals (28+ consecutive nights or more) are welcome. Please inquire for long term rental discount rates.

The beach, the pier, the waves, the restaurants, and the wildlife reminded us quickly of how much we missed Cocoa Beach and how difficult it is for us to leave. We hope to back for our third visit soon!
May 2025 - Family of four from Missouri; plus two from Nebraska. We can't say thankyou enough! We got to spend a lot of time on the beach and in the water. We also took a trip up to Daytona Beach just to say we made the right choice staying in Cocoa Beach. The highlights of the trip were seeing a SPACEX rocket launch at night and a night fishing trip during which both our children landed sharks! We greatly enjoyed the beautiful back patio, garden and grilling. We also made good use of the beach wagon and beach toys. Our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter were like little kids again. We can't wait to come back!
April 2025 - Family of four from Rochester, New York. Our family of four had a wonderful time staying here! Our kids (ages 7 and 12) loved having access to so much beach gear, especially the wagon! We checked out the Cocoa Beach Pier, saw turtles at Manatee Sanctuary Park, went to the Kennedy Space Center, did a Dolphin Family Tour, and ate at some amazing restaurants! We appreciate not having to strip the beds or do extensive cleaning on our way out! We loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard and the kids loved chasing lizards!

Somos du Costa Rica y la casa nos pareho encantadora se ve que son personas muy ordenadas y organizadas La casa tiene excelente ubicacidn y disfrut amos mucho de Cocoa Beach, fuimos a ver los jucqos artificiales al Riverfront Park, visitamos ol Jetty Park y mi hijo pudo pescar por primera vez. Pudimos ir a Orlando a Seaworld y a Aquatica yes muy rapido desde aqui. Pudimos ver ol despegue de un cohete. Fracias por su hospitalidad, pudimos disfrutar mucho definitivamernte recomendaria este hospedaje.

It was good to have a relatively "down" weekend before our cruise and Disney Vacation. Next time, maybe we will book for after Disney to wind down and relax before heading back to the real world. Getting to see the night SPACEX Falcon 9 launch from the beach was a highlight for us!.
May 2024 - Family of three from Illinois. We loved our stay and the local area. Your home was welcoming and cozy. The patio was perfect for early morning coffee. We also enjoyed access to beach gear. It was great not having to pack every little thing. The short walk to the beach was fantastic! We also booked and loved doing a kayak tour with A Day Away kayaking. Pier 62 was our go-to for food and cocktails. We are already discussing booking a return visit next year.
January/February 2024 - Family of four from Tennessee. We are grateful for the week we were blessed to come and stay here. The home is lovely. Very well stocked, clean, nice rugs on the tile floor. Kitchen and coffee maker are excellent. Bedrooms and mattresses are so comfy. Oh, now onto the yard....it is like a private tropical garden. We were out there almost everyday. So much peace and beauty. We grilled twice which was so nice. We saw two SPACECX launches. Magnificent! The beach is SO CLOSE! We enjoyed the beach several days.. Sun and sand were warm. We felt safe here and that is a super plus for us! We enjoyed the use of the washer and dryer. Neighbors are quiet, air is clean. We hope to come again next year!! Such a special home grown place!
