Home was very clean and property was better than advertised. Holli was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

My husband and I and our fur babies had a great time at this property! The location is convenient as we can leave from the home and walk our dogs, walk to Shooter’s for good food and a fun time, visit the public beach to let the dogs swim, and pick up some last minute groceries at the store. We met some really nice folks during our stay and we just love the area!The fenced yard is a huge plus if you are traveling with pets and the house is very comfortable and peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay!

We had a wonderful time! The fenced yard was absolutely awesome for our dogs and we tried to spend as much time outside as possible in the yard and on the deck. The house was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. We loved being able to leave from the house each morning for our dog walk and we enjoyed the access to the lake. Thumbs up!

This trip was a wonderful experience. Location afforded us the ability to enjoy boating on Coeur d'Alene Lake, take in the parade and fireworks at Coeur d'Alene on the 4th of July, and spend a day at Silverwood/Boulder Beach. The property itself was the "icing on the cake" for it all. It accommodated our family of four and two fur babies perfectly. Really cannot say enough great things about coffee in the morning on the deck with a view of the lake, the large fenced-in back yard, garage use/access, and location next to Shooters Bar & Grill (excellent food & service).

Beautiful simple home with everything we needed to stay there comfortably with kids and dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run around. More than plenty of room for parking including a 2 car garage. The cabinets and closets had anything and everything you needed for bedding, towels, fans, cleaning, cooking, coffee etc. Beds were comfortable. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. We loved the setup to open the French doors to the deck and lake view. Sitting on the back porch enjoying our evenings was the best. Cozy late nights in the living room watching movies felt like home. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed to make meals and so much more. We absolutely loved this location and.home. Every little touch and extra accommodations was greatly appreciated

This property is very nice. Our corgis loved running around the fenced yard as we sat on the deck overlooking the marina. We even saw a buck and some wild turkeys. The house is stalked with everything you need. There were plenty pots and pans for cooking meals. This is a quiet neighborhood which was nice. There is plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. We would definitely come back.Just an fyi a bout the marina, (which as nothing to do with this property) the staff is wonderful and very friendly however, if you want to moorage your boat the owner charges way too much. It cost us 30.00 for the first night which was fine but any night after that was 100.00 and that’s way too much just to tie up to the dock. For that price you should get a dedicated slip, a cover and power. I hope this info doesn’t change your mind about renting this property because it really is a nice place.

We enjoyed this very nice house with a stunning lake view. The reclining living room furniture was comfortable for relaxing with our family. It has a large, fully fenced yard for a dog. We enjoyed Shooters Bar & Grill, which was within walking distance. They had great food and service. Note that there is no public beach in the area. There is a small, grassy area next to Shooters where the boat launch and marina are, with picnic tables and room to launch paddle boards or kayaks. It is not a good area for young children to play in the water.

Easy to book and the host was very responsive answering questions. This property is incredible. Sits up on a hill with a spectacular view of Rockford Bay, and Black Rock marina. The pictures online do not do the view justice! Huge fenced yard, perfect for our energetic dog. Lots of space to park. The rooms are all wonderful, with comfortable beds. This house has everything needed for an extended stay. Pots pans, plates, cups. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet place to stay at Couer d’Alene, this is it. Would book here again anytime. We rented a boat and went out on the lake. Shooters (restaurant at the marina) has great food, and everyone at the marina and store were extremely friendly and helpful.
