It was great! The pool at night with the moon and stars and outdoor grill were magical! Only a 5 minute walk to a nice beach where we body surfed for a long time - amazing!!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops/restaurants etc. Communication with the host was smooth and professional—she was always responsive and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and everything I needed was provided. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable place to stay. I’d happily stay here again!

Check in was easy. Location okay. I wouldn’t say it’s a walkable area. Don’t be surprised with lots of noise at night. Pictures look better than in person... just not as kept up. Beds were comfortable.

The house is perfect for larger groups. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool is lovely as is the back deck area. The kitchen was fully stocked which lets us cook some meals at home and we appreciated a secure place to park a car which allowed us to get around to see all the sights. The neighborhood is busy so street noise into sleeping hours is a consideration. The owner and property manager are so easy to work with and communicate quickly in answer to any question. The property manager even met us when we arrived to show us around the home and make sure that we had everything that we needed.

A perfect home base for our trip!

Communication was excellent. We had a bunch of questions before arrival and we always heard back quickly. Mayra met us upon arrival, have us a tour and answered any questions. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 7 women on a girls getaway. The central pool area was where we spent most of our time. The sleeping areas were nice and cool and apart from living space, so no worries if someone wanted to sneak off to bed. Having beach chairs and beach towels at the house was great, as well as the washer and dryer. Central location made getting an Uber super easy, which was great since we did not rent a car. A wonderful trip-We already miss our home away from home!

The house was a good launching pad for our time in Puerto Rico. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the sleeping areas during a hot and humid June! Mayra was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed being able to use the grill (although the oven never did work during our stay) and having the coolers and beach chairs made our beach time even better.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful experience during our 6-night stay! While the house shows some signs of wear, it was still a pleasant place to stay. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a block from the beach and within walking distance of several dining options. Be sure to check out Bistro Cafe!Our group of 5 adults found the sleeping arrangements to be perfect. On the first floor, the main house has two rooms with queen-size beds (one with two queen beds) that share a bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there’s a spacious room with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area didn’t have A/C, but the two large ceiling fans kept us comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy TV room in the back, which was air-conditioned and offered comfortable seating.There’s also a lovely second-floor apartment above the pool that features A/C throughout, a living room with cable TV, and two bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Fun Facility

Everything is secure and gated. Inside the place is beautiful. Some of the stuff was not working (washing machine and missing remotes) but I’m not taking stars off because there were secondary washing machines to use and a universal remote. The rooms all had AC units and it was pretty clean. We would recommend this place again! You can get to restaurants and beaches pretty fast. I would recommend a vehicle for travel. And the host was fantastic to interact with. She was a lovely lady that gave us our garage door openers and recommended places to visit locally.
There was a rainy night and we opened the garage door and listened to nature. It was beautiful

Convenient location with space for 12

Secure property with oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the airport, and about 15-20 from Old San Juan if the roads are busy. Walking distance from quite a few amazingly delicious restaurants and one block from a gas station. Great communication with the host, and highly recommend the recommended chef! She was great and the food was so amazing, giving a true piece of Puerto Rican cuisine.

Great stay for a group of friends

Group of 10 friends enjoyed this house for an extended weekend. Great for a group and everybody gets their own bedroom. Pool was nice and adequate for hanging out in.

Great stay at Villa Roja!

Great stay at Villa Roja with friends. House had everything we needed and within walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The indoor/outdoor patio area and pool make a great location to end the night with drinks and conversation by the pool under the bistro lights. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

The house and pool were amazing. The hosts got right back to us all the time. The nearby beach was beautiful. The rooster was the only issue for sleeping but we realize that is not the hosts fault.

Great property!

So much room! The ambience with the open design to the pool and outside area feels very laid back and tropical. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants and the owner was friendly and welcoming.

Perfect weekend stay!

We had a great weekend at Villa Roja! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Location was super central for short drives to other parts of the city. Our only issue with the house was that there’s a few roosters that start crowing at 3am until the morning right outside the house, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Otherwise we had a great stay and wonderful time!

An Amazing Get A Way

We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

PR is my new favorite place to visit

I love the beauty of Puerto Rico! The people are Amazing! Very comfortable and beautiful here. The VRBO is nice and clean and fun! The only thing that was an issue is the crowing rooster!

Puerto Rico has something to offer for any kind of traveller - whether you are into outdoors and sports, or like to go out to eat and party, or are just a beach bum!
Our house has an amazing location - nice neighbourhood, a block away from the beach, multiple restaurants in the area, supermarkets, major hotels, Old San Juan, nightlife, etc. - everything within 10-15 mins ride.
