Located just 9 miles south of Kingston, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. With a king bed and a full bed, guests can relax in the tranquil and brilliant bedrooms. The property features 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub for a phenomenal soak after a long day of exploring. Heating/AC, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are available for convenience. Enjoy your time in Kingston at our cozy house.

FYI (TVA Guidelines): The TVA starts dropping Watts Bar lake levels the first of November. Since the property is in a cove most of the water is gone by the end of November. The TVA will start raising the lake level the beginning of April and should be at full or near full levels (741 feet) by the end of May. This lakefront property is perfect whether you want a peaceful, nature-filled retreat or an active, water activity experience. It is cozy and private and yet just a quick drive to all the area has to offer. The cove is quiet and secluded but only a short paddle to the main channel. We enjoyed watching and listening to many different types of birds. The porch is shady and just a few picturesque steps to the lake edge. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. Everything was perfect on arrival and our stay at this wonderful destination exceeded our hopes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely getaway on Watts Bar lake. It is so peaceful here, but still close to Kingston.All the comforts of home were provided.The master bed is very comfy.Glenda and Terry are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

This property was wonderful! Peaceful and quiet yet not too far from town if you need to make a trip in for groceries or supplies. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed plus more. The master bedroom was so comfortable and I enjoyed waking up to the view each morning. We will definitely be returning in the future. Glenda was easy to communicate with and she made our stay enjoyable!

Best part of this stay was the view from the master bedroom. It was a beautiful start to the day. The home is well loved and very clean!!! The owners make wonderful neighbors!!!

This is the perfect getaway. The home has all you need and is very comfortable and clean. And then you have the outdoors! You can sit on the deck, upstairs or downstairs. The lake is a few yards in front of you. We kayaked and read and just quietly enjoyed nature. At the same time, town is not far away if you need anything. Perfect setting. Thanks for sharing your home.
