Pointe Santo de SanibelにあるこのウォークアウトユニットB-6は、ラナイからビーチ、プール、バーベキューグリルに直接行くのに最適です。

心配する階段やエレベーターはなく、湾の眺めは素晴らしいです。 熱帯植物と野生生物が生息するポワントサントの美しい敷地はすぐ近くにあります。

B-6は、キング、クイーン、シングルベッドで5台を快適に収容します。クイーンサイズのソファーベッドも使用する場合は6つ。 ビーチのリラックスした雰囲気に合わせて、装飾はカジュアルでカラフルです。

ユニットは、ダイニングエリアに直接つながるキッチン、新しいバスと寝室の家具で更新されました。

ビーチとプールのすぐそばにあり、所有者によって2番目の家として維持されている、ポワントサントの最も便利な場所にあるコンドミニアムの1つを楽しむなら、B-6が大好きです。

ポイントサントは禁煙です。 指定された場所でのみ喫煙が許可されています。 ベランダでは喫煙は許可されていません。 無料のWi-Fiが利用可能。

Beautiful Sanibel Island and beautiful beach condo

Our second stay in Pointe Santo B6 was great. This ground floor condo offers a great view of the beach, pool and lush grounds of the complex as well as easy walk out access to everything. The updated condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in process is a breeze and the new keyless entry lock is great. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Stay at Pointe Santo

We really enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. The unit was clean and well maintained and was a close walk to the beach. The complex is quite and a great place for families. The owners were great to work with and made the entire booking process easy. They even called us a couple of weeks later when an article clothing was left in the condo. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Sanibel.

Aah Sanibel

Just as expected and pictured. Very well kept home away from home. Loved the cleanliness of everything. Owners are very kind: Thanks for sharing your condo and calling to check on us. Sanibel is a quaint relaxing place to stay! This trip was with my friend. I hope I can bring my husband here one day.

Do-Over!!

Just got home from our amazing stay at Pointe Santo de Sanibel and absolutely loved our experience with renting this unit. Great accommodations and wonderful location. With this very well kept and charming ground level condo, we had amazing views of the Gulf which was only steps away. Have stayed in many places in the Fort Myers/Sanibel area in the past, and this is definitely a do-over!! Thanks Lowell and Myrna!!

Thank you for your complimentary comments. We ourselves stay in our unit during January and February, and our children and grandchildren use it throughout the year. We own B6 primarily for personal use, and rent it at other times. It is not a business for us. Consequently we maintain it like our own home, and one of the most gratifying things about owning it is to hear from our guest/renters that they like it as much as we do.

Great location and ocean view.

One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We rent, usually through VRBO, and usually beach condos at least once and sometimes two or three times per year. Pointe Santo B-6 is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. The location, the view, the ground floor walk out, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the helpful owners made our vacation stay very pleasant. This was our first trip to Sanibel Island so we shopped around VRBO for quite a while trying to find the best condo at the best value while not being familiar with the area. Boy did we hit the jackpot. The condo is fantastic and I toured Sanibel Island extensively on my daily 14 to 15 mile bike ride. Pointe Santo certainly is one of the top areas in location as well as amenities. Thank you Lowell and Myrna for a great experience. Your dining recommendations were spot on. We hope to return to Sanibel Island and your condo soon.

List of Items that Didn't Meet Our Expectations - NONE!

After a great day at the beach and pool we sat in the living room playing "Kid Charades," a game the owners had in their home. We started talking about what a great day it had been and all of the amazing shells we had found and the alligator we had seen and the turtles and iguanas and the bananas growing right outside our window. We agreed that this vacation home really delivered everything it promised and more. Our daughter (age 9) said, "I've made a list of all the things that we don't like about this place and have not lived up to our expectations!" Then, she held up a blank piece of paper and we all agreed again. It was the perfect vacation! The condo, on the ground floor, was an easy walk from the beach and pool. Parking was super convenient. The home was plenty of space, clean and bright with fun coastal touches and furnished perfectly for a family vacation.

Perfect For a Family Beach Getaway Vacation

The description is very accurate which is nice to see for a change. Great location, right on the beach, well kept grounds, pool, hot tub etc. The unit was clean and very nice for the 4 of us. Also loved it was on the ground floor with a patio opening up toward the beach. (coming and going was a breeze). They even had sand chairs :-) The only constructive input would be to have better instructions to tenants on check out procedures (what to do with towels etc) and also that you need to buy your own paper goods (beyond the starter pack). We look forward to going there again.

Our home away from home

We have been staying at Pointe Santo in unit B6 for 20 years and it feels like our second home. The Becks do a tremendous job maintaining and updating the unit. Every year there is something new and improved to admire. We think Pointe Santo has the best beach and the most beautiful grounds on the island. We love being on the ground floor and walking right out the unit to the gulf, where there is always a nice breeze, or just enjoying the view of the pond and the gulf from the lanai. Although we’ve never met Myrna and Lowell in person, we view them as friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We love it.

Great Vacation - Again

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed stayed in unit B-6 for the second straight year. The unit is very well appointed and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is ideal, close to the beach as well as the pool. The owners are very cordial and are very happy to suggest restaurants and other things to do while on Sanibel. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone who would desire a peaceful vacation.

We Love This Condo

We've vacationed on Sanibel Island many times with our daughter and two grandchildren, ages 13 and 8. Visiting Sanibel always is a wonderful time. Staying in Unit B-6 at Pointe Santo makes it even better. Its owners, the Becks, keep it completely up to date, and its a pleasure to walk in the door. The unit is like our own private home, beautifully maintained, causal and welcoming. Its location is perfect because you can walk out the ground-level porch to the beach and pool. The club house is a favorite of our grandchildren. The have many crafts and activities through out the week. Much fun to be had by all ages....... TP & BP

Home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It had everything that you could ask for...beautifully appointed and had everything that you could ask for in the kitchen It was so peaceful and we truly didn't want it to end.it had a perfect location and we were so touched that you checked up on us. Great Place, fun times for all

I have been in this unit over the years, maybe 5 times, the unit is on the ground floor close to everything, the owners are great people to work with, they make sure every thing is in place when you get there. I was down in b6 for two weeks this time and as always just what we wanted. this stay my brother and his wife joined us for one week . They just loved it also. My wife and I stayed for another week by our selves which was great also.. Will be back. Steve and family, PS we stayed on the island the whole time, everything you need is right there.

Great Vacation and Condo

B6 is an attractive, well appointed unit, ideally located to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed that the owner called us after a couple of days to ensure that everything was to our liking with the unit. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated and very well done. Flat screen TV's in living area and both bedrooms. We spent the majority of our time in the unit on the lanai. It provides a scenic view of the pool and gulf with a gentle breeze. The lanai faces east and offers a great shaded area for a late afternoon cocktail.

Excellent choice

We were no strangers to Florida in December, but this was our first trip to Sanibel---and we were not disappointed. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked, and the location was ideal---mid-island with easy access in both directions. We came with my sister and brother-in-law, and enjoyed the beautiful beach and the many attractions the area has to offer. We have many fond memories of this trip, and hope to return in the future.

All we could have hoped for

We rented this condo without being at all familiar with the area. My brother and family were traveling from Seattle and found Pointe Santo first and then we looked for a unit to accommodate my husband and I and my father and his friend so we could all enjoy Sanibel together. Their unit was just three units away. The unit was clean and well equipped. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that I removed the sheets to see what type of mattress it was and I did a search on the internet for the brand and style when I returned home. Unfortunately the model names had changed so it was difficult to figure out the new model that replaced that one, so no new mattress yet for us. The beach location was so convenient and we spent many hours just floating in the warm water. We rented bikes for the entire week and getting around Sanibel on bikes was a delight. We would gladly go back to this unit next time we rent in Sanibel.

We love Sanibel!

We have taken our summer vacation in Sanibel for the last 19yrs and have always stayed at Pointe Santo. For the last four years we have rented B6 and love it! The condo is conveniently located for the pool and the gulf. The condo is beautifully furnished and very well stocked with beach towels, chairs, sand toys etc. The kitchen has everything you could need for a family vacation,with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and serving dishes. We love to eat at The Sanibel Grill, Doc Fords, The Green Flash and The Over Easy Café.This year we added Cips and The Sand Bar to our list of favorites. We have, of course booked for 2014 and can't wait!

We keep returning to Unit B6

We are from the UK and discovered Sanibel in 2001, since then we have returned about nine times and for the last six we have rented Unit B6 from Myrna and Lowell Beck. What is it that makes us keep coming back? Well, the ground floor location and being able to walk out from the lanai is great. The condo is also clearly used as a second home by the owners and is not, therefore, a holiday rental with only the basics. It has everything we need in the way of kitchen equipment - we particularly like that there are plenty of mugs and glasses. The bed in the master bedroom is super-comfortable after a hard day at the pool and taking photographs in the Nature Reserve! The condo is also gently updated and refreshed each year (some years are a bit more dramatic, such as when the kitchen was remodelled recently) and is luxurious without being fussy and uncomfortable to live in. I liked that Myrna took the trouble to personally call this year and advise that a repairman would be attending to make a small repair to the washer. We always rent bicycles and often cycle to the Over Easy Cafe for breakfast. This year we dined at Matzaluna and Sanibel Fish House (which was new this year) and also used the BBQs at Pointe Santo. I agree with another reviewer, I would recommend this unit to anyone ... but I don't want it to get so popular it is not available for us! We'll be back.

As our U.K. guests point out, our condo's walk-out feature provides special convenience in getting to the beach, pool, and grills which are just steps away; and they also emphasize that we provide continual updating for the comfort of vacationers who rent from us. Rest & Relaxation

My husband and I felt right at home. This unit is perfectly situated for the best views of the beautiful manicured grounds and pool area. The condo is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen has all the comforts of home but much more beautiful with the granite counters and center island. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

GREAT PLACE TO VACATION

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation then Pointe Santos is for you. We have stayed in other condos at Pointe Santos, but B6 is our favorite. It is obvious that the owners want to make their guest comfortable. The condo is well furnished and the view is amazing. The ground floor is convenient and the nearby beach and pool are part of the charm. We highly recommend B6 and can't wait to return.

Thanks for this excellent review of our B6 condo, with special mention of the convenient ground floor. The first floor walkout was the most appealing to us when we bought the condo. It is particularly good for seniors and children alike. Walking directly out of the lanai saves a lot of time and effort. Myrna and Lowell Beck
