The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, with plenty of options for dining an shopping, as well as a short drive to JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

*Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July.
