House Rules – Please Read Before Booking
We want Tranquility By The Sea to be a peaceful, clean, and safe space for all guests—and our rules are in place to protect that experience. By booking, you agree to the following:

Occupancy & Use

Maximum of 8 guests allowed (this includes children)—no unregistered guests

No parties or events of any kind

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pets
While we truly love our furry friends, pets of any kind are not allowed at this property.
If a pet is brought into the home, guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will apply.
Thanks for understanding—we’ve worked hard to maintain a clean, welcoming space for all guests!

Smoking, Vaping & Drugs

This is a 100% smoke-free home, including the deck and patio

No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed

Absolutely no drugs permitted on the property

Violation = immediate removal, no refund, and a $300 cleaning fee

Fire Safety
To keep everyone safe, open flames are strictly prohibited, including:

Candles, Fireworks, Incense, Personal fire pits or heating devices

Only the outdoor gas grill (bring your own propane) may be used, and it must never be left unattended

Security & Safety

Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety

There are no cameras inside the home

Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in immediate removal with no refund

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are not available
Our cleaning team needs the full window to prepare the home to the highest standard. Arriving early or leaving late may result in a $100 fee

Vehicles and neighborhood details

All vehicles - 4 at max (including golf carts and ATVs) must be parked in the driveway or under the house. No parking or driving on the grass or neighbor's property. Also, please do not walk through any of the neighbor's properties/driveways.

Trash & Septic

All trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor trash bins before departure

The home is on a septic system: please flush toilet paper only—no wipes or other items

Owner’s Closets

Locked storage areas are in drawers under the bunkbeds and within the bunkbed stairs. These are reserved for owner use only—please do not tamper with locks.

Weather & Unforeseen Events
We are unable to offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other situations beyond our control. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation plans.
