We started this property as an extension of our love for the Salmon River and the experiences it creates. As a local adventure company, we’ve spent years guiding trips, exploring these waters, and sharing this landscape with others—and we wanted to create a place where guests could experience it in a more personal, comfortable way. This glamping tent was designed to remove the barriers to getting outdoors—no gear, no complicated planning—just a simple, welcoming space where you can connect with the river, the landscape, and the people you’re with. Our goal is to give you more than a place to stay—it’s to help you experience the Salmon River the way we know and love it.

Why they chose this property

The scene here is all about slowing down and settling into the rhythm of the river. Our tent sits just steps from the Salmon River, where the sound of moving water replaces traffic and your “neighbors” are more likely to be deer, birds, and open sky than people. Mornings start crisp and quiet with coffee by the water, afternoons are for casting a line, floating the river, or exploring nearby trails, and evenings wind down around the glow of a fire with a sky full of stars overhead.
What we love most about this area is how uncrowded and genuine it feels—it’s not a busy resort scene, but a place where you can truly unplug and experience the outdoors without distractions. At the same time, there’s a strong sense of adventure woven in, with world-class rafting and fishing right outside your door and a local community that knows and respects the river. It’s the kind of place where days feel longer, conversations come easier, and you leave feeling like you actually got away.

What makes this property unique

Set right on the banks of the Salmon River, our deluxe glamping tent offers a rare blend of true outdoor immersion and effortless comfort. Wake up to sweeping river views, spend your days rafting, fishing, or exploring just steps from your site, and unwind in a spacious, thoughtfully outfitted tent that sleeps up to six. There’s no gear to haul or setup to worry about—just arrive and settle into a private, uncrowded setting where you can fully relax and reconnect. Hosted by a local adventure company, your stay comes with insider knowledge and easy access to unforgettable river experiences, making this more than just a place to sleep—it’s the gateway to your Salmon River adventure.
