Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Wash down dishes. No dirty dishes should be left in the sink.

Place all used towels in the laundry basket. Remember to take all your personal items.

Remove all food and your personal items from the refrigerator and throw your garbage in the garbage compactor outside.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a gated community and all visitors name have to be submitted to me and I in-turn submit their names to the security check point.

No parties… no large gatherings and noise should be kept at a minimum. Quote zone after 9:30pm the nieghbors work, we have to respect their bedtime.
