The booking includes full access to the kitchen, living area, and in-unit washer/dryer in the hallway closet. The kitchen, living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry are all on one level.



This is the lower unit of a two-unit home. The upper unit has a separate entrance and may be rented separately. No interior living spaces are shared during individual-unit stays, though you may hear occasional sound from above in an older multi-unit structure.



Good to know: there is a streetcar rail nearby, and transit noise can be heard during quieter hours.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont/NW 23rd) runs along NW 23rd Avenue with downtown service every 15 minutes or less most of the day.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Plan a cycling route that suits your trip.



🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
