Spacious 3 BR House w/hot tub in SE Portland, Sleeps 8, near popular attractions

Beautiful Home in SE Portland, with 3 bedrooms, including 1 Master bedroom with a King bed, a master bath and walk-in-closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well. The Loft room on the 2nd level has a designated office space, perfect for working remotely, along with a futon sleeper. This home sleeps up to 8 people. All linens provided (Bedding, towels, etc.). A spacious living room, along with a full size dining room and kitchen. Includes a hot tub located on the back porch, along with outdoor seating. Smart TV with Wi-Fi and channels. For entertainment, we have a tennis table, a foosball table and 2 adult-sized bicycles, along with board games perfect for all ages. All new appliances. All new furniture throughout the house. Includes a washer and dryer machine, with detergent. 2-Car garage. Located near the PDX airport, with only a 15 minute commute. As well as a 25 minute commute to Vancouver Waterfront and the Portland Downtown. Furthermore, this house is located near Mount Hood, Columbia Gorge, Crown Point Vista House and many other popular tourist attractions in the Portland area.

Our experience working with the owner was great. We had something come up and had to move our date. They were very kind and accommodating. The home was beautiful and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift of champagne, crackers, and biscuits. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was nice but sparsley stocked. If you plan on cooking there bring your own food and spices. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. Overall our stay here was five stars. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, our adult daughter, and me really enjoyed staying at Lilly's house in Wood Village. Everything was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub, even in the cool, rainy weather over Thanksgiving. The gas fireplace was very welcoming on those days as well. A Fred Meyers grocery store is located within a mile of the house. The house is very close to McMenamin's Edgefield, The Fork, and Bumpers Bar and Grill (we enjoyed casual meals at each of those locations).

This was a great spot for my family’s visit to Portland. The house was in a great location - easy access to the city and to some of our favorite hiking spots. The house was very nice - well-stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We visit the area regularly and would definitely stay here again!

There were some issues on check in, but the problem was addressed and taken care.of quickly. House was cleaned and compensation given.Great location for us. Nice to have the park just down the street. Close to store and freeway access.

Excellent choice for a family wedding.

This property worked out very well for our family as we gathered together for a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to get ready and have room to relax. Was nice to have the hot tub and some games for everyone.

Great Stay

Property was as advertised, everything was clean and the house was a great place to stay while my family and I were in town for a wedding. There weren’t many bath towels but thankfully we brought our own so everything worked out great!

Hot tub was nice. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Host provided small bathroom amenities, plenty of towels and linens. Very nice place and stay. It was a home away from home.

This was a nice place to stay. The house is nice and a great location. The neighborhood was very crowded. It was quiet though. The house only has one TV. Would have like to had more silverware. We were constantly washing silverware. We were not able to check in early. early

Nice stay during business trip

Really nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We had a competition at the near Mt.Hood Community college aquatic center so, perfect location. Groceries and food options very near by, we loved it.

Good Home Base

This was a good home base for us while we helped our son with some home projects on his house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. However, some of the blinds would not close all the way and the hot tub was not working. We left a voicemail at the number listed, but never received a response. In addition, the house is located in a very busy neighborhood with a narrow street and cars parked along the entire street. It was a bit challenging getting in and out of the driveway. Overall, it provided what we needed for the week.

Great House!

The house was A+. Overall very clean with fresh newer linens, and very soft comfortable beds. The place itself is a bit sparsely furnished, which made is feel fresh and not cluttered. The TV system was easy to use, cute little back yard, AC and Heat worked great. They might want to restock on kitchenware – there were no large glasses, assuming they have broken over time, just small rocks glasses and plastic cups. There were a number of really nice pots and pans, and cookie sheets, but no Tupperware or food storage items at all and they did not supply saran wrap of baggies. They did not supply cleaning supplies that we could find, but did supply laundry soap and fabric softener, for use with very nice large capacity W&D. Really cool food truck court very nearby, and a super large Fred Meyer within walking distance. Was a great experience – would recommend!

Great long-term stay

My mom and I stayed here for a month while I was recovering from kidney transplant surgery. It was very conveniently located from grocery shopping, and had easy access to I-84 and OHSU. The host was very prompt in responding when issues came up. Very nice kitchen and dining area, bedrooms were great, and it was nice to have a garage, especially with the ice storm that hit while we were there. I would definitely recommend it to someone needing a longer-term rental and who prefers a quiet neighborhood.

Delightful

I booked this house for a trip to Portland with my sisters (4 of us). The house is in a cute neighborhood, and convenient for exploring Portland. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept very well! The decor was tasteful and we had everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again for future trips to the area.

Furnished with all new furniture and new appliances. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Playground for kids in the neighborhood. Walking distance to major grocery stores, department stores, coffee shops, fast food, etc. Outlet mall is 6 min drive.
