Located in a gated community with private beach access, this home comfortably sleeps 12 with its 2 King, a Twin over Full over Queen tri bunkbed, a Full bed, and 2 Twin over Full bunkbeds setup. Enjoy the serene surroundings with multiple private balconies, patio outside seating and natural grille. Enjoy access to the community pool or take a short walk to the private beach. This property is also conveniently located just a short drive away from Destin's popular attractions like the Destin Common's, the Harbor Walk Village, the Track, Big Kahunas, and numerous popular restaurants! Complimentary beach setup for each is available!

Great stay

This property was beyond my expectations! The proximity to the beach was the best part which was a surprise! The rooms were great, bathrooms great and communication too tier.

The house is perfect! We would definitely stay here again. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. The garage is full of beach accessories for the kids and they loved it! This is a safe area to walk in the evenings. Security was very pleasant and always patrolling. The beach was steps away! Perfect !!

Nice home would stay again.

The home was beautiful, everything was just like the pictures. Had a little trouble with checking in because I was giving the wrong code for the lockbox. The host did promptly resolve the issue.

Family Vacation

I liked the lication to the beach for my small grandkids. Home was nice and kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. Amenities listed elevator and pool, which we did not have and we really needed both for our adult disabled son.

Our family just spent a week here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve had. Even though Tropical Storm Bertha kept us from enjoying the beach as much as we normally do, this property and its incredible staff made our trip truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The gentleman who drove around the property in the golf cart (with his cane) was always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. There was also a wonderful lady driving a golf cart throughout the property who always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. On our third day, the landscaping guy was working around the property, and he was just as professional, respectful, and friendly. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in what they do. What impressed me the most happened after we checked out. A few hours after we left, I received a phone call letting me know that I had accidentally left behind my black work iPad along with some swimwear. They took the time to contact me immediately, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. That level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the people who work here. As a business owner in Dallas, Texas, I understand how much excellent customer service matters. My family and I work hard all year so we can enjoy one special week together, and having such a positive experience means more than words.
