After riding sit by fire by the beautiful creek views!! We look forward to welcoming you to our place.located in heart of Hatfield & McCoy trails. And were only 3 miles from sheri bos diner . And only 1 mile from dollar general :) we're ready for big groups up to 30 gameroom with arcades pool table basketball and more plenty of parking for multiple big trailers and parking available right next door at gods country lodging 2 coming next spring please come give us an opportunity to host ur group we can't wait!! There’s a water leak because they like to fall in the cover to shatter when I hit the floor soaked to bed black mold in the one bathroom air conditioners that leak water that run down the hall I think just about every shower in the place leaks water all over the floor. There’s water damage in the game room only two microwaves in the whole place to be honest I think it’s overpriced by about 200-250 because of the shotty remodel that has been done, the floor is not level door frames aren’t level 3/4 of the doors painted the rest is a faded yellow towels smelled like cigarette smoke, but there’s no smoking on the property. Some of the lights don’t work some of the air conditioners doesn’t work the greatest.

Great property for a large group. Plenty of space for all types of vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, etc. Comfortable rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and air conditioning available in every common area and bedroom. Great communication from the property owners. Overall, a fantastic vacation rental.
