I am certain the bathroom was not cleaned. Dirty floor, shelves, balls of hair in the trash can, shower bottles falling off of the wall, shower products smeared on the tub. The toilet didn't flush. I understand that happens, we asked for help but it wasn't resolved. The room was not king as reserved, it was a queen. There is no lobby. The staff was repairing their car while we were checking in and listening to phone videos.
