Disfrute de una experiencia de vacaciones verdaderamente única en este penthouse de 2 pisos. La propiedad está ubicada en un condominio frente al mar en la famosa Zona Hotelera de Cancún.

Este apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 con vista al mar y 1 con vista hacia la plaza Kukulcán , dos baños y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Este ático de 2 pisos tiene dos vistas increíbles, el océano en el frente con increíbles amaneceres y vistas a la laguna en la parte posterior con impresionantes puestas de sol.

El penthouse está ubicado en el condominio Villas Marlin, el complejo cuenta con 3 piscinas (incluida una para niños), jacuzzi al aire libre y una cancha de tenis. Está muy convenientemente ubicado, a 20 minutos del aeropuerto, a solo unos pasos del centro comercial kukulcan Plaza, el supermercado Soriana, el banco, la parada de autobús, restaurantes, etc. A 5 minutos a pie de La isla shopping Village, que ofrece una gran variedad de tiendas. , cine y acuario, estación de taxis a unos pasos, así como parada de autobús que te traslada zona hotelera y de regreso, Hospital, farmacias, boutiques , restaurantes y tienda Oxxo a unos pasos !

Excellent host and location

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it highly. We were close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Pools were great and beach was awesome. Gabriel was a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved our stay and the management team was terrific to work with! We had plenty of space for our family of 6, groceries were nearby so we didn't have to eat out every meal, there was dedicated parking for our rental car, and we felt absolutely safe the entire time we were there, both inside and outside the complex.

The property we stayed at was just as the photos showed - it was perfect - everything you could possibly need was there - only things we needed was our food all paper products were provided - Gabriel was available any time we needed him - would definitely recommend this property

Great location

Fantastic location and great host. Mayela was quick to respond to any issues that we had. The air conditioner wasn’t working and she had someone there the next day to fix it. The unit is being renovated so it looked different from the original listing but it was still nice. The water was either burning hot or cold and we couldn’t figure out how to control it but it could have been user error.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach with 3 pools. The condo was large enough for 2 couples and 2 kids. The views were beautiful from the decks. Walking distance to anything you needed. Great restaurants in the area. Good shopping areas.

Great Condo Great location

Condo was perfect for our two week stay. Plenty of shopping and dining with in walking distance. The water dispenser was nice to have. Was really nice to be able to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Communication with the owner was great.

Beautiful and Relaxing Condo

We had an amazing stay. The condo is clean with beautiful ocean views. Gabriel is great to work with. He greeted us when we arrived and was always available with any questions. The pool area was fabulous and we loved the food at the poolside snack area. We will definitely be booking again.

Nice place, conveniently located

This is a nice place. It is on the top floor of a 7 floor building with a perfect view of the beach. This is our third visit to Cancun, all with VRBO rentals, and this one was the most clean one we rented. It is conveniently located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The rental is two floors with three bedrooms.

Amazing Views, Comfortable 2-story Condo, Excellent Host

Gabriel was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and met us at check-in to make sure we understood the building and had everything we needed. The views from the condo were amazing. Wrap around balconies on both floors, hear the sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time

Mayela informed us a few days before our vacation that the property was going through a renovation. It was supposed to be done before my arrival however due to weather, it was delayed. Mayela got us into another property closer to the beach. It was very nice and clean. She also helped us get in touch with a guide who helped us with transportation and a boat tour. My family really enjoyed our vacation. It was definitely one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. It was so much fun watching my 2 year old daughter having so much fun at the beach. Thank you.

Everything was perfect and just like the pictures. The host was amazing and met us at the property. Showed us how everything worked and the closest restaurants and grocery store, he even had fresh fruit waiting for us. The location was right on the beach (which was beautiful). Very safe location. Villas Marlin Condo Review

This condo is at a great location in cancun. You have access to playa marlin which is convenient. Supermarket right across the street if you want to cook in the condo or there are various restuarants close by. There is strict security there but cancun as a whole felt very safe i went with my family and had no issues. The views in this condo are breathtaking & owner is very nice.

Spot On, Great Stay!

All recent reviews of interactions with Gabriel and his wife are spot on....outstanding people and residence! This was our 6th VRBO and it didn't disappoint. We had a number of questions and Gabriel was able to answer them, always in a timely manner and with more than adequate details. The details of the residence and location are spot on, super convenient to the beach, supermarket and local restaurants a huge plus when comparing to the many resorts in the area. Hands down, we'd recommend Gabriel's place to friends and family if they ever wanted to visit Cancun!

Great Time

The property was exactly as advertised. Great view! Plenty of space. Very convenient to shopping and food. Grocery store directly across the street. A quick cab ride to marina and entertainment. Gabriel was awesome and communicated with us often and responded quickly.

Villa marlin stay

PROS-Great location, plenty of room, quick response when we needed to get ahold of someone, many resturants and places to go close by. CONS- no one to greet us at the propert to show us the ropes, strange smell in the upstairs bedroom,, if you kept the air on up there it seemed to help. Overall I would come back.

Gabriel was an exceptional host. Our flight was delayed and he waited for us as we arrived at 330 am. The Condo is 2 stories and in perfect shape, the beds are new. The place is impeccable. Will definitely come back. There is nothing here that was negative. Amazing and great place!

Great view and Extremely Nice Host

This is a great location in Cancun for a visit, near the Hotel Zone. The views from the condo are amazing, with a view of the ocean for the sunrise and a view of the lagoon for the sunset. The food at the condo pool was great for daily meals and snacks. The condo itself was very nice, with a well equipped kitchen, coffee options, and AC throughout the place. It was a very comfortable stay. The couch was nice and the tv had some options for what to watch. The host was by far the nicest, most welcoming host we have ever had at any vacation rental. He definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you go, definitely try the local mangos!!!

Excellent location and property.

The condo is very spacious and all the rooms on the side of the ocean have spectacular ocean views. Felt very safe and there’s several options for food within walking distance. Ocean water is warm and crystal clear. A few days the weather didn’t cooperate, but with the mall across the street, we did our shopping those days. There’s a trick to the hot water, hot is cold and cold is hot, once we figure that out, we had plenty of hot water for the four of us. Taxis from airport try to over charge, but it should not be more than $50USD. You can’t call an Uber to pick you up at the airport, but you can call an Uber to drop you off. We hope to be back soon.

OUTSTANDING Penthouse Beach Condo (5+ STARS)

We had a FABULOUS 10 days at this amazing property. The view is stunning - exactly as in the photos - but even better. Literally right on the beach. Very safe and secure, Our host / owner Gabriel was very very attentive and helpful. Accommodation is very well laid out and well equipped. 3 different pools and snack bar with fabulous FRESH food and friendly helpful staff. Grocery stores very close by and a great selection of restaurants and shops. DO NOT miss the Green Bay Restaurant & Grill...tucked down by the Lagoon and really very authentic and worth a visit. Our 2 sons (16 & 18 ) really enjoyed it and we spent happy times here as a family - everyone had their own space. This 2 level condo is a MUST - don't miss out - it really is as good as it looks and BETTER. We are already planning our next trip back.

AMAZING SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS

First of all, our host Gabriel was attentive, detail-oriented and thoughtful with his responses and timeliness during the reservation and communication portion of our vacation. The view this home has is OUTSTANDING, we never got tired of the view. Our beds were comfortable and exactly as they were stated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, especially for a rental. We ate several meals in and did not need any serving items or utensils. He even provided salt and pepper which many places do not. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch and the condo is immaculate as well as the decor was lovely and sweet. We would absolutely 110% stay here again and we already miss Gabriel and his lovely home!!

Nice beach property

The condo is right on the beach with a great ocean view. The property is a bit dated but perfect for a beach vacation. The hot water is a little temperamental. It’s an on demand service that was either too hot or not on. We actually preferred the cold showers anyway. The host is very nice and responsive to questions. She brought an extra 5 gallon water jug when the dispenser ran out. Check in was delayed to 4:30 as the room was not ready. The stove top is lit with matches and we could not get the gas oven to light. The property has a nice pool and a convenience store is next to the property and very handy.
