Fabulous down town Park City Home!

Great location just off Main Street - within walking distance of shops and restaurants! The home has a lot of stairs and lots of bedrooms and baths. The furnishings were perfect. We would highly recommend this home!

We loved the convenient location of the house. The views from the decks were wonderful and we liked having a hot tub available. Lots of space for everyone (7 of us, all adults) and we appreciated having the extra bathrooms. It was fun to have games/ pool table. Thank you for having a supply of ziplock bags/garbage bags/tp etc.; we also appreciated ample towels and access to a washer/ dryer. The only negatives were that the kitchen was lacking a few things we really would have liked - we all cook primarily at home. There were not nearly enough large bowls / serving dishes/ bowls / plates. The dishwasher was inoperative as well; it didn’t clean the dishes. The kitchen level queen room’s sheets were very scratchy and uncomfortable. All others were fine.

Perfect location for skiing and night life

We spent 5 nights at the property and loved it. Sleeping arrangements were great for our two families and being walking distance to main street was a plus. In winter, 4WD is necessary and I'm glad we chose to rent a full size truck as the roads can be slick. Check in was smooth and the owners were responsive to the few questions we had. The instruction email that they sent prior to travel had all of the info we needed!

Amazing Location

This house is the perfect location for Main Street and snow skiing. House is very well stocked with essentials. The hot tub has the best views.

Great Location. Not 5-Bedrooms

The location you cannot beat. Minutes from main street. Very clear instructions and check in. The place is spacious for sure and has what you need. The furniture is dated and its showing some wear but the main living areas and hot tub worked well for us. There are NOT 5 bedrooms and the advertised loft is not a loft at all in the traditional sense. It’s a living area that is adjacent to a mudroom and there is a “bed” built into a 2 foot opening above a bathroom. The fact that the “bedroom” is not private is clearly disclosed in the listing; however the fact that adults really cannot use it is not. If you need 5 bedrooms, do not book this place. In our view it should be listed as a 4-bed plus a bonus space. We communicated this to the owner and they were understanding of our frustration. No compensation or discount was offered.

Great for family

We stayed here for Christmas with my in-laws, mom and our 3 kids. It was a great house for families! Walking distance to Main St. Everyone had privacy, their own rooms and bathrooms. Pool table and hot tub downstairs was great at night! Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Experience

We rented this property for Thanksgiving week for our family. It was great! We all had our own space and bathrooms to get ready in. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked with all appliances, owner had great communication, and the amenities were a plus! We would definitely book again for another trip! Was an added bonus it was so close to Main Street.

Great Location

Fall break family mountain hike trip

Family of 8 of us stayed for mountain bike weekend for fall break. This property was perfect for us. 4 full bedrooms. One had bunks which was great for the 2 boys. And a loft bed for my daughter. We loved the pool table, hot tub, sauna, and we could just walk down the back stairs and across the road and onto Main Street for dinner and shopping. Also the garage was perfect for storing the bikes at night.

Wonderful Location and View

The house worked perfectly for our 3 couples on our trip. Location was a short walk away to Main Street. Yes, there are stairs but are manageable. The layout worked well as each couple had "their floor". We would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Biking Park City

Excellent location, perfect for a group. The garage was extra helpful for storing bikes or gear. You can bike or walk to most of the trails, shuttles or resorts around Park City from here. Has everything you could want for a summer retreat.

Perfect location

Super nice home with more amenities than what ive rented previously. From kitchen ware, etc to pool table and poker chips the home was well provisioned. The location was a short walk to main street which we enjoyed daily. Four legit bedrooms with one having a robust bunk bed. The mattress in the loft of the foyer is suitable for a teen or ypunger.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

Our family, including 8 adults and 4 kids, had a wonderful time in this beautiful Park City house. The location was excellent and we really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and grill, but most of all, we loved the gorgeous views from the balconies! We all felt much healthier after walking many flights of stairs while there (it was exactly as described) and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Park City!

Park City Wedding

Ideal Park City location for multiple activities in the area. Weddings, golf, nightlife, walking, you name it. Just a short walk up from historic Main Street with shops, restaurants and bars. Clean, plenty of room, loaded with toys and great views overlooking the city. Would definitely stay again.

Family Ski Trip

Our stay (group of eleven) at the ski lodge was wonderful. The host was communicative about the check in process and what to expect. The kitchen is stock well for bulk cooking needs, just check spices before shopping. The walk to town is very easy and you are close to public transit. If renting a car, 4 wheel is necessary during snow months the parking spot are tight so unload and then park. Overall wonderful stay.

Great stay, some caveats

Had a great time staying here, host was super responsive and helpful, place was clean, well equipped, good location for main Street. Should really think of this as a 4 bedroom place - there are additional couches, etc. but the loft bed is a stretch. We had young kids so it wasn't really an issue but could be harder with a group of adults. Location is very close to main Street but quite a walk to the town lift up and down multiple stair cases and across a body road - it would be pretty difficult to make that walk with all of your ski gear. Overall, really happy with our stay.
