With 2 king beds, 1 full size bunk bed, and 1 queen bed, 3 full baths, two living areas, updated and spacious kitchen, large outside upper deck with seating and gas fire pit as well as ground level patio with seating and wood burning fire pit and a large well maintained back yard, this beautiful property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The home is complete with a television in every bedroom, heating, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, and indoor storm shelter and so much more. This gorgeous house also features a large basement that is ready to entertain with a pool table, foosball table, electric dart board, 2 arcade games, 85 in television and a jukebox full of music. On a nice summer day you can enjoy the outdoor activities this neighborhood offers with a community pool, playground and two ponds for fishing and all in walking distance. Property is a short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This is a great place to call homebase while you're away and we look forward to your stay.

This house was amazing and will be my first go to for future trips! The beds in all of the rooms were extremely comfortable. The back yard had a nice BBQ and fire pit area that we used a handful of times during our 3 week stay

Great house in a very safe neighborhood on the East side of Wichita. It was close to our family, the location was perfect for us. We had more than enough room and we enjoyed hanging out in the basement/game room. The back patio was really nice, oversized yard - great for families! Jason was quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again - don’t miss out on this gem!

Wichita Family Vacation

The house was exactly as advertized with several extra amenities. A great suburb location close to shopping and a community pool.The kids loved the video games, pool table and juke box. The adults loved a Smart TV in each bedroom that offered a private getaway.We will definitely stay there when we visit Wichita again.

Perfect Family-Friendly Stay with Extra Fun!

We had a wonderful stay in Wichita. Jason’s home was beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for families. It was kid-friendly and also had great adult features like a pool table, jukebox, and video game machines that we really enjoyed. The outdoor patio and fire pit area were also greatJason was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly before arrival. His hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease from the start.Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

Womder stay beautiful house lots to do. Pool table, foose ball, arcade games and even a jukebox. Beds were very comfortable softer sheets on the beds more than a hotel bed. Communication with the property owner was easy and very helpful when needed. Will definitely book again when I get back to the area
