This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, and two doubles in bedroom 3. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 321 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This light and airy property has ceramic tile or wood flooring throughout. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Great property and agency. The only thing we encountered was the property was under construction and the elevators were not working which was not ideal. Would still recommend and would stay here again. Great for families. Pool was really nice and beach access was great.

Great Accommodations for our Family Vacation

The accommodations were super! The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again...will be looking at the availability calendar to book this condo again. The only thing we found not completely up to par was one mattress needs to be replaced as it sagged significantly in the middle.

Can't wait to book again!

We had a recent visit here and we were extremely pleased! The property was as clean as it could be on the beach. Do you ever really get all the sand off the floor? Everything within the listing was as advertised. You couldn't ask for a better location and access to the beach. Great views from the balcony of the beach and the pool area. We highly recommend this place to others and look forward to hopefully booking again next year.

The ocean view was beautiful. While it was too cold to swim, the pool was in great condition. All the bathrooms have all been nicely updated. The kitchen cabinets are little worn out but the countertop is updated. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated.

We were very disappointed in the Master bedroom. The louver doors were on off their hinges and just leaning up against the wall. The owner’s personal belongs were in totes and took up the entire closet space. In fact, all the closets were full of old pillows and comforters. An extremely small 6 drawer chest was the only drawer space in the master bedroom.

Kitchen cabinets need repainting or replacement, broken drawer and loos knobs, paint cracks and wear spots, Bathroom counter is stained, bath carpet piece is old and needs to be replaced. MBA chair is stained and needs replacement. Another piece of furniture in LR, Doors on pantry shelves, etc. Also hardwoods are starting to show their age. Just kind of underwhelming for this price range. Bit not so bad that we would not stay again.

However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. My mother and father in law had a very hard time showering. These are just suggestions. I don’t mean to complain.
