Condo was nice. Very clean and the rental property was very responsive and easy to book with. The kitchen is not a 2 person cooking space but we made it work. They provided all the necessities. Location was great and Tim/Jim at the front desk was very nice. Restaurant suggestions were good as well. Highly recommend the Shunk Gulley!

We loved the property. It has the perfect ocean view porch and is equipped with everything you need. The highest note was we were able to check-in a couple hours early. The low note was I forgot some items after leaving and tried to contact via text, email, and even called and left a voicemail and never was contacted back to confirm I couldn’t retrieve my items. This was my fault forgetting the items, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again, but the communication could definitely be improved.

The rental had a great view and was clean. Many updates are needed. The refrigerator had several dents on the front door. Both bathrooms had peeling paint over the showers. The medicine cabinet had rust in it. The master bedrooms door was at least 2 inches short on both top and bottom. We were unaware that its location is on a public beach which plays a part in being able to be a beach setup. Sorry to say that we will not being staying there in the future.

I left something in the room, and Pinkie went above & beyond to make sure I got it back. The condo was just like the listing, with a beautiful view. I will definitely call Pinkie the next time I come to 30A. Thank you Pinkie for a most needed vaca!

Great location and excellent property

This place was perfect for our couple’s getaway. Lots of beach time and access to golf cart and bike rentals. It was clean and convenient. The only minor hiccup was the original door code they provided did not work but they resolved it immediately via text.

Piece of cereal on floor in master bath that made me doubt cleanliness of the bathroom. Also I didn’t like the master shower floor that was made of stones—I couldn’t tell how clean it was.Two fairly large dents in the front of the refrigerator. The master bedroom door didn’t latch/close. Kitchen cabinets out dated.Otherwise it was nice. Nice view! Good size bedrooms. Nice Large TV. The property staff were all friendly and quick to respond. And the other guests were very friendly.

One Seagrove Place

We arrived very late evening/after midnight, check in was a disaster. Apparently property recently sold and no notice was given, as they changed the locks. One Seagrove Place was completely unaware of our arrival. Security guard was a champ and tried very hard to remedy. We finally roused the owner and, after a few attempts, entered the unit. It is dated. NO blow dryer, as advertised. Coffee set up was weak. Owner ended up extending our check out by a few hours, which was a nice gesture. Location is perfectly fine, beach was excellent.

View was great, which was the whole point!The unit was fine. Oldish. Run down. Washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t rinse. I never got a reply when I messaged about it. Again, great view but kinda shabby everything.
