The property was amazingly clean and perfect for our family of four! It is only a couple of minutes from the Suitland Metro Station making it a perfect place to stay and ride in to see all the DC sites! STUNNING PROPERTY

We had such a good time staying at this property! The backyard is strumming with wildlife abound. We saw a sweet fox, a piebald deer, and so many birds! It was very relaxing and so comfortable. The owner was absolutely amazing! She provided everything you could ever need and was very attentive to any issues we came across and fixed them immediately! 10/10 will recommend!

Perfect for DC

Booked this place for a local lacrosse tournament, but also found that it was a perfect location for easy trips into DC. Due to its proximity to Metro station or quick drive into the city.This rental had every amenity needed including laundry, ice maker, coffee and they even included items such as laundry detergent, kuereg pods, some small snacks and bottled water. Beds were comfortable and we were very thankful for the air conditioning! Owners were very attentive and answered every question we had quickly. We definitely hope to be back!

Surprisingly extra cozy!

It's clear that a lot of thought and intention went into designing this space. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at such a nice retreat from the city while on a work trip. The linens were very nice, there's motion activated lights to help get around at night, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we even did some laundry while staying here. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly, but still plenty of delivery food options and a quick drive into the city. I was surprised to find such a nice place at such an affordable price! I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in DC!

Location is amazing if you are driving downtown dc or taking the metro. Only 1 mile from suitland station. Right off the suitland parkway taking you into downtown dc. Super close to Nationals Park! Great quiet community. Located close to grocery stores and restaurants. Host is amazing! Providing great welcome amenities to make you feel at home! Provides Netflix and YouTube TV. Fast response to any questions or concerns. Would stay here for any stay in the dc area! The place is really thought out for guests.

Super Clean & Safe Neighborhood

We couldn't have chosen a better property for our D.C. trip. As the director of a property management group for five years, I notice absolutely everything when I stay in a rental home even when I'm not trying to. The apartment was squeaky clean and located in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe (within minutes of D.C.).
