Very cozy older home that seems to be being updated. Spic and span clean throughout! So nice. Quiet neighborhood- the exact opposite of a busy hotel. Nice yard for our small dogs. Perfect for our overnight stay!

A well appointed kitchen, which was important to pur travel plans, made our morning. The bathroom was well supplied with the necessary items and the shower had some cool features to help alleviate travel soreness with the some warm water. There were certain issues with cleanliness in the closet of the main bedroom and the chandelier above the kitchen table, but otherwise all else about the stay here was excellent.The host, Aaron, was quick to communicate with us.We would definitely choose to stay again.

Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the back yard. Little more road noise than we're used to but convenient to interstate.And Alex provided fans which helped with noise.

My family and I are moving from MO to WA on military orders with our 3 young children and our small dog. This home was a perfect location and everything from check in to check out was a breeze. There were road closures that made 21st street busier than normal but we would absolutely stay again.

We are college sweethearts who have been together for nearly 20 years with three little kids. She is from Oklahoma and I was born and raised in Topeka. We enjoy watching or coaching our kids in all things they do. We enjoy hosting because a lot of times we get families staying with us who are either in town for something special or they are moving across country to start new chapters, and we enjoy being a part of it and playing a small part of the memories for them.

We chose this neighborhood because it is literally right off of I-70 that cuts right through Topeka and a few minutes to Lake Shawnee. This house is so close to everything that is Topeka. Easy drive to Washburn University, Stormont Vail Event Center, Lake Shawnee, Downtown Topeka and so much more.

We believe this property is unique for the location. Located on 21st Street you can travel from one end of Topeka to the other without ever making a turn. From this location you can be almost anywhere in Topeka within a 10-15minute drive or less.
