Excellent communication from the host. Probably the best I've ever experienced. The condo was perfect. Great location and the beach was not crowded. The condo had a ton of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for use, which was wonderful!!! My family had a fantastic time and we hope to return!

Excellent vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and quiet, and the owners communicated very well. Check in was smooth and the unit had a lot of amenities. We also loved that beach was not crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as advertised..very clean and spacious.. north shore villas was very family friendly..the beach area was nothing you would expect from MB very quiet with lots of beach room..open enough to even fish..my family and me will definitely be going back to this location and condo

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts were super nice and answered any and all questions. We loved the space! It had enough room for our family and friends. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed and we loved playing games in the living room/dining room every night. I definitely want to stay here again!

AMAZING STAY

Everything about this condo is absolutely wonderful including the location, the amenities at the condo, the unit itself, and dealing with the Carlton’s. It is a pleasure dealing with the Carlton’s and we so enjoy staying in their beautiful condo. Will definitely stay there again if available.

Rental process straight forward and easy. Communication with owners ongoing and cordial. Condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Quiet relaxing area close to restaurants and entertainment. One of the nicest places we have rented. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Clean, Spacious, Private, Beautiful

Our family of 9 spent the last week of May in this beautiful condo and we enjoyed the privacy of the private beach and pool. The condo was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed to make and enjoy our meals there. The condo was close to anything we could have needed. We would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again.

Family beach trip

From the very beginning to the end of our vacation everything went great. Communication with the owners was easy and was even able to check in early at our request and the fee was so reasonable. The condo was very clean and had all the things you need to cook and for the beach. We will be returning for our next family vacation for sure. Highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a really nice place to stay.

WOW what a AWESOME place to vacation! Panoramic view of the beautiful ocean. Decorated in all bright colors ( I'd say happy colors.) The unit was furnished with everything we needed & it's immaculate! We are staying in this unit again next month (can't wait.) I highly recommend it for a great family vacation.
