Spacious Accommodations: Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in Guest room 1, 2 Twin beds in Guest room 2, and a Full sofa bed in the living room.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool stove and oven, GE dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine. A Maytag stackable laundry machine is also available for your use.

Entertainment: Relax with Direct TV and Roku streaming on smart TVs in the living room and the master bedroom.

Comfort and Convenience: Each bedroom is well-appointed with ample pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. The Master and Guest 1 bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms.

Parking: Two dedicated parking spots are available, complete with parking passes left for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
