This 3-bedroom house is perfect for families or small groups of friends. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Burlington has to offer. In the heart of Burlington's best neighborhood, one block from the nicest beach and sunsets on Lake Champlain. Hang out on the front porch and enjoy the company of walkers, runners, and cyclists on the Burlington Bike Path. Across the street from a giant grass field, playground, basketball court, and hockey rink in the winter. Three blocks to Pine Street (arts, restaurants, breweries, farmers' markets) and a quick bike ride or drive downtown. Tastefully furnished and renovated. There's even a ping-pong table.

Devin was great as a host. A few issues which he took care of as fast as possible. Nice location, very close to the lake, walking paths, and park. Would stay again!

Wonderful! Fabulous location

Nice clean uncluttered home with excellent attention to detail to make your stay special. Host was very quick to respond when we had a question. This location can't be beat! Walk out the front door to a playground, soccer field, BB court. Hop on your bike or walk to multiple beach locations on Lake Champlain...bike path also takes you right to Burlington center and Waterfront Park (bike rentals, ferry rides, Leahy museum and more restaurants (Skinny Pancake and Splash are both great spots!)
