Welcome to the heart of Kennebunk. My beautiful country/glam private bed & bath is perfect for your visit to the area. This listing is new to VRBO but I am a highly rated super host on the other popular site so rest assured that you are in good hands.

This romantic bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a mini refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, Keurig and 43” smart tv. An exposed chimney with mood lighting sets the ambience. The bathroom is sparkling clean.

You will love the proximity to the amenities of downtown Kennebunk from my location such as restaurants, our upscale bowling alley with 5 star dining and a bar, Saturday farmer’s market, shops and parks. We are just a short walk or bicycle ride into town. Several area beaches are only 5 miles away. We are just 2 miles to the Maine turnpike and just 4 miles from Kennebunkport.

Wonderful place! Close to little town of Kennebunk and a short drive to Kennebunkport. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. We are kayakers and the location was great for 3 different paddle locations. Host was very friendly and responsive. Communication was great.

This property is very close to the downtown Kennebunk shops and restaurants. The room was clean, welcoming, comfortable. Sherry, the homeowner, was responsive to my questions. This is a charming bedroom with a private bath in older home with separate and secure entry and was perfect for what I needed during my stay.

Great location ! Second level, lots of stairs, but I’m active so it wasn’t a problem , located in a historic house. Lovely.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood where you can relax without being directly in the hustle & bustle of the crowds, yet we are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beaches & busier Kennebunkport.

What makes this property unique

This 1890 duplex was converted into a bed & breakfast in the 1990s. I had the good fortune of purchasing it in 2009 and have been renovating her little by little ever since! You know what they say about old houses… it’s never done!
