This lovely property features 2 bright, clean and comfortable bedrooms, each with Queen Beds, and closets. A brilliant bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy living room with a Queen sized sofa bed, a skylight and a foldable dining table for 6. Guests can enjoy amenities like an outdoor furnished patio with BBQ, Wood burning FirePit and lounge chairs, washing/drying machine, Central Air, Heating, WiFi, Printer, TV, Available Beach accessories and more. An extra Den room available for use. Driveway Parking for 3 Cars with additional parking on the street available. Enjoy your time in Lake Como/Belmar at our Bright and Newly Renovated Beach House.

Clean rooms and attentive host! It was a practically brand new property and everything you needed for a beach weekend was there in convenient walking distance to fun activities. Would stay again! We did have some issues with the AC but the host was quick to fix.

One of the best appointed homes we’ve been too. New beach chairs and umbrellas and they even had a wagon. The kitchen supplies were new and had one of everything you need. These details make a stay enjoyable

This property was great!! The check in was super smooth and the host was extremely responsive. Was extremely attentive to our needs. The listing looks exactly like the photos! Was very clean. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend :)

10/10! Prime location, walking distance to the beach & bars/ restaurants. Host was very responsive & provided plenty of chairs, towels, & anything you might need. Only thing was you need to buy your own beach passes.

Our stay in Lake Como was excellent! The house was easy to find and very close to all the great things Belmar has to offer but on a quiet side street. The house was immaculate and looked brand new. Beds were super comfortable. The back patio was so nice to have morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen had all you could want. Since we flew in it was such a treat to have beach towels, chairs and even beach umbrellas available for our beach days. Also off street parking was such a bonus as street parking can get full in the summer. It was the perfect week at the Jersey Shore. I feel lucky we were able to snag this place in the middle of the summer. We will definitely be back next year.

Weekend stay down the shore

This house was perfect for our weekend trip with friends! The property was beautiful and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Location was also great and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Agata was a great host and was super responsive answering all of my questions. Would definitely book again!

The house is beautiful! Newly renovated, host was very nice and great communication. About a 10 minute walk from beach and Djais area, close to Bar A. Beds in the house were very comfortable. Backyard is very nice and put together with a fire pit. Host includes a beach chair and umbrellas. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful house!!!

What a beautiful house!!! Everything is new!!! Backyard was perfect for grilling and sitting around the fire pit. Extra parking was a nice bonus after a long day at the beach!!!

Clean and updated.

House was great. Close to everything to do, including beach. House was nicely renovated and updated and very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Overall, easy and pleasurable experience. We were visiting a friend who lives near by and will likely choose this property again if we return.

Our stay was great, the home was easy to access, and had two designated parking spots off the street. Host communication was good and the home was very clean. Was awesome to have beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of beach towels for our use during the stay. Easily walkable to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants.

We are a mother-daughter hosting duo who love sharig our beach cottage with our guests. We've put a lot of love and thought into creating a cozy, chic beach cottage. One of our favorite parts of hosting is knowing that our guests are making memories here - enjoying the beach, gathering friends and family for BBQ or gathering for a good conversation around the fire pit.

We chose Lake Como because, to us, it captures everything we love about summers at the Jersey Shore. It's a charming, laid-back beach community with a wonderful neighborhood feel, while still being close to so many of our favorite places along the coast. We love being able to spend the day at the beach, take a walk on the boardwalk or around the lake in the park. You can get around on a bike. We love to explore nearby shops, enjoy great local restaurants or stop for ice cream in the evenings. The area is fun and lively when you want it to be, but still has cozy, smallo town charm that made us fall in love with former Belmar, now, Lake Como in the first place.

What makes our property unique is the thought and care we've put into making our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Our goal is simple: pack your bags, arrive and start enjoyig your beach vacation - we've taken care of the rest.
Our newly remodeled beach cottage has brand-new kitchen, appliances, cabinetry, cookware and dishware, new furniture, central air, new smartTV and WIFI.
We also know how valuable parking space is at the Shore! Our spatious driveway accomodates two cars, with an additional dedicated parking space directly in front of the house.
For larger families or those last-minute guests, we have additional sleeping area in the downstairs den, with an air mattress, giving everyone a little more flexibility.
Most importantly, we pride ourselves on keeping our home exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained and thoughtfully stocked. We provide fresh linens and plenty of towels, beachchairs and umbrellas, along with everyday essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc.
Even the back yard is ready for you- we provide firewood for the fire pit and propane for the BBQ grill.
We tried to think of all the little things that make traveling easier so our guests can simple settle inhead to the beach and enjoy their time together.
