It was great for our large family. Pool and hot tubs very nice. Big yard to play games. Friendly maintenance people and nice manager.

It was a great space for a large group. With seven bedrooms, each of the adult couples were able to have their own room. There is an extra large bedroom with two sets of queen size bunkbeds and a bath with double sinks. Lots of space for kids to play in that room, and watch TV. The house has common areas to spread out and do different activities at the same time. A heated pool was the main attraction. There is a deck off 2 upstairs bedrooms, that provided shade for those not wanting sun. That space has access to a common area through use of a large garage door. It made it easy for grilling out and keeping food inside without needing to go up to the kitchen. The one drawback for keeping the garage door open was Mayflies. There is no screen on that area and no way to prevent mayflies from going up into the entire house. After sunset that definitely had to be closed. A large screen over the outside of that garage door would be a great idea to solve that problem.The home is at the end of a road that looks out over Lake Erie. There is no beach access. It was peaceful with little traffic making it a nice area to ride bikes. There is a large enclosed backyard as well. It was expensive especially for just 3 nights. More information posted online about the details of what is provided would help. For example, it only read pool, towels, no mention of BEACH towels, nor a gas grill for outdoor cooking, nor 2 hot tubs!

House was great! We had a great time!!! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!!If you plan on cooking at the house bring baking sheets and tongs if you need them

It is a lovely property, private. With Lake Erie views. Close to town and a couple small beaches. We all enjoyed being there.
