Whether you’re planning a relaxing family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or a peaceful retreat, this clean and airy home offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and laid-back beach vibes. Highlights include: 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms, large living area, screened in porch, outdoor living area with TV, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and crow's nest to view the ocean! This house is just a short stroll to the sand, surf, and stunning sunsets that give Sunset Beach its name.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pick-up is Wednesday and Saturday. Have all bins to the road Tuesday and Friday night.
There is a food collection service at the Sunset Vacation parking lot on Saturday morning. You can give any opened/unopened food to them. It is for a local food bank.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
