Apartment Helena is a tastefully furnished spacious apartment situated on the 3 rd floor with lovely sea views and just 100 meters from the lovely Rozac Beach. It shares a fabulous 85 sq m communal swimming pool with 16 other apartments. It is located just 2km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops.

This 3rd floor apartment has a large open plan living dining kitchen room that opens onto a balcony suitable for enjoying your meal outdoors.

Sleeping is in 2 double bedroom each with a door onto a second balcony and in the living room on the sofa bed. There is a large bathroom. Apartment has fold up bed, too.

A modern and well equipped kitchen offers you great inspiration for meal preparation during your holiday stay. Alternatively if cooking isn't your thing, there are plenty of restaurants nearby plus many more in the old town of Trogir.

During the day enjoy the local beaches, sunbathing and beach side cafes. At night enjoy the night-life of the village or head to Trogir for dining out and some luxury yacht spotting! Wherever you go you'll experience the hospitality and friendliness of the local people from the area and take some wonderful memories.

There is a private parking lot for all apartments in the block.
The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.

Means of access: Getting to the apartment is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 6.5 km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Great Location

The apartment is very large and open, with a fantastic large balcony at the front, that has wonderful views over the bay, and incredible sunsets at night. There is also a large balcony at the side of the apartment with access from the two bedrooms. Kitchen is ok but is a little small and lacking in decent equipment, but not a big problem when there are so many restaurants near by. Air conditioning is really good and very quiet. Pool is large and not used by many when we were there in September. Location is great with long beach front only 5 mins away, which has many beach bars and restaurants. Lots of supermarkets near by for shopping. Trogir town is a 20 min walk (a bit of a hill to climb) or there is a regular ferry services. Trogir is a lovely old town with lots of restaurants and shops. Only problem was that flat was not very well cleaned before we arrived, but overall for the money was a great place to stay.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt.Matratze könnte vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden.Das einzige was wirklich fehlt ist ein vernünftiger Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Wir haben uns aber auf jeden Fall sehr gut erholt und würden wiederkommen:)

Fantastisk leilighet, og beliggenhet😊 Vi koste oss masse. Litt folksomt på stranden og ved promenaden, men heldigvis kunne vi da trekke oss tilbake til det supre bassenget som var knyttet til leiligheten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick und kurzen Laufdistanzen zum Strand bzw. auch nach Trogir. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und jedes Schlafzimmer, als auch das Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine eigene Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Wohnung, welche im 3. Obergeschoss liegt, hat keinen Aufzug.

Urlaub in schöner Lage

Toller Ausblick auf die Bucht (v.a. am Abend). Leider sind die Möbel in der Unterkunft schon sehr im "Budget" Bereich anzusiedeln. Vor allem der Esstisch und die Stühle sind nicht besonders stabil und wurden wohl auch schon notdürftig repariert. Ansonsten aber alles Top und gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen,

Sentralt og flott utsikt

Veldig flott leilighet med god kvalitet og nydelig utsikt. Vi trivdes veldig godt, gå-avstand til alt du trenger, også inn til Trogir. Flott å jogge langs strandpromenaden om morgenen før det blir for varmt. Savnet brannvarsler, det er brannslukkingsapparat, men det hjelper lite om man sover når det begynner å brenne. Leiligheten er i 4 etasje (Norsk) så det er langt fra bakkenivå.

Leider war das Apartment nicht richtig sauber bei der anreise und der pool müsste dringend saniert werden (lose fliesen) Allerdings ist die lage Top und das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung!

Die Poolfliesen werden diesen Winter repariert. Leider war es im Sommer nicht möglich, wenn der Pool mit Wasser gefüllt und von den Gästen genutzt wird. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Wohnung nicht so sauber war, wie der Gast es wollte. Wir haben in jeder unserer Unterkünfte einen Hinweis, in dem der Gast gebeten wird, uns bei der Ankunft zu kontaktieren, wenn er nicht zufrieden ist, und wir hätten gewünscht, dass sich der Gast zu diesem Zeitpunkt kontaktiert, damit wir eine zusätzliche Reinigung arrangieren können.

Traumhafter Blick übers Meer

Wir waren im Apartment ‚Helena‘ ganz hervorragend untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon aus ist unbeschreiblich. Das war unser erster Aufenthalt, aber sicher nicht unser Letzter.

Tolle Anlage

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man benötigt. Vom Balkon aus, hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer. Die Nähe zum Strand, kleinen Geschäften und die Fähre nach Trogir sind super. Der Pool ist einfach Klasse. Trotz Strandnähe, haben wir den Pool auch sehr oft benutzt. Ich kann diese FEWO sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mit unseren Kinder (1 und 11) Jahre für 2 Wochen da. Für den Kleinen war ein Hochstuhl und eine Reisebabybett vorhanden. Für die Urlaubszeit hat man auch seinen eignen Parkplatz.

Excellent apartment, close to bars, beaches, restaurants and boats.

We loved this apartment. It is ample size for 4, was clean and well equipped. The walk to the beach was easy, bars and restaurants are close by, as is the boat taking you into Trogir (5 min walk). The views were incredible, overlooking the sea and surrounding hills and small towns dotted along the coast. The ladies we dealt with at the office were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this apartment and the management company! Excellent holiday was had by all.

Flott leilighet på en flott øy.

Har hatt en fantastisk uke i denne flotte leiligheten med klimaanlegg på begge soverommene og i stuen. Vi tok taxi fra flyplassen, var innom Dalmatian management og hentet nøkler og fortsatte over brua til Ciovo. Sjåføren hadde litt problem med å finne adressen, men da vi kom til huset fulgte han oss helt til døren. Leiligheten ligger i 4. etasje. Det er ingen heis i bygget, men vi hadde ingen problemer med dette. Fra terrassen hadde vi en storslagen utsikt hvor vi kunne sitte å se utover havet, båtlivet og denne flotte øya. Går man rett ned er det ca 150 m til stranda. Ta med liggeunderlag og svømmesko. Det går båter hver halv og hel time til Trogir (20 kuna) Det er to havner hvor man kan ta båten fra. Nærmest er den til høyre når du ser fra terrassen. Du kan se når båtene kommer og går. Trogir er en opplevelse med sine trange gater, restauranter og folkeliv. Går man over broen ( ikke langt) til fastlandet ligger et kjempestort marked med masse boder og et stort utvalg av kjøtt, grønnsaker og frukt. Om man velger å være på Ciovo er det koselig å gå strandpromenaden, spesielt om kvelden med alle lysene, båtene, havet og stemningen. Ikke opplevd noe i nærheten tidligere. Leonardo er en god restaurant, men mye hyggeligere om man går noen meter lengre opp bakken til Mali Raj. Veldig god mat og service. Det blir sikkert flere turer til denne nydelige øya og leiligheten.

Super Ferienwohnung die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Apt. Helena im Juli 2018 verbracht. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Servicebüro klappt Super, die Mitarbeiter sind für alle Fragen offen und sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Apt. selber ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Blick von den zwei Balkonen auf das Meer wo man den Abend bis spät in die Nacht ausklingen lassen kann. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen & solten in nächster Zeit einmal ausgetauscht werden. Der vorhandene Pool war trotz Hauptsaison sehr wenig besucht (kein Wunder bei dem schönen Meer) so das man sich dort immer Entspannen konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Bars sind in unmittelbarer nähe und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Autoverkehr ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man muss mit engen Strassen und den viellen Rollern ersteinmal zurecht kommen, aber durch die neue Brücke wurde der Verkher schon bemerklich entlastet. Wir haben die meißten Wege zu Fuß erledigt und brauchten so gut wie kein Auto da auch ständig Taxiboote nach Trogir fahren. Fazit, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Comfortable and quiet. Great views.

The stairs are a bit of a trial and we couldn't get the TV to work . The traffic on to Ciovo is a nightmare at certain times of the day. A welcome pack and some basic cleaning items would have been good.

Great apartment with stunning views.

Very nice apartment located in Okrug Gornji with stunning views from its two balconies. The apartment is well equipped and has two balconies with stunning views. The main balcony is ideal for watching the sun set as you enjoy a drink. The pool is a really good size (big enough for a proper swim) and was never busy despite it being August. It's short walk to the beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants. The are a number of mini-markets really close by along with stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables. Trogir island is a 20~30 minute walk away, although the route is hilly. The road to Trogir does get very busy and there is currently some delays leaving Ciovo island. However, they are in the process of building a new bridge which will hopefully be open before next season.

Very comfortable, new apartment, in ideal location

Second time we go to Ciovo, with a two kids family (15 and 8). We really loved this apartment, ideally located close to the sea, and the beautiful beach of Okrug. A very few minutes walking along, you'll find shops, and restaurants. We almost didn't take our car during our stay there ! It is recently build, and very nicely equipped. One air conditioning system for each bedroom, and yet another one for the living room ! Nice balcony with sea view. But the real good thing is the swimming pool: never crowded, big enough to enjoy real swimming, always exposed to the sun, and cleaned every day by the staff... Really great ! My children were loving it ! The "Dalmatian property management" is a great staff, always there to answer your questions, with a very professional communication. They don't lie, it's really one of the best Ciovo's apartment.

fine appartment, bad location

The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. No complains about the building and the swimming pool. The beach located very close to the apartment is also OK: not very crowded if you take into account Croatian standards in August. The apartment has 2 balconies one of which is overlooking …. a shipyard. Not exactly the type of view you would expect during holidays. Another problem is the vicinity of the Split airport: we could hear the planes most of the time. Last but not least: the traffic jams over the bridge between Ciovo Island and Trogir. It was a nightmare! It could take more than an hour to get to Trogir from our apartment. To go to Split it took us more than 2 hours! We know people who love the place, but we hated the neighbourhood. If you do not mind shipyard, planes and horrible traffic jams you will like the place. The apartment itself is much more than OK.

Schönes Aparment

Sehr schönes Apartment,ruhig gelegen mit zwei großen Balkonen,einer davon mit Meersicht. Der dazugehörige Pool ( können alle benutzen die in der Wohnanlage leben ) macht großen Spass und war zu unserer Zeit wenig besucht. Trogir ist in 4 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( zwischen 20:00 und 20:30 kann es schon mal länger dauern) Kann das Apartment voll und ganz empfehlen.
