While the sugar-white sands are easily accessible from eight nearby beach access points within a one-mile radius, you might prefer to explore in style using the four bikes or the six-seater golf cart (add'l fee $75/night).

Step through the grand entry, where dual sliding doors frame the walkway, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The expansive backyard is a private oasis featuring a reclaimed coral patio, a striking outdoor hearth perfect for cozy evenings, and a custom-designed saltwater pool with a jetted spa. Nightly pool heating is available for $45/nt! Sun loungers and a shaded umbrella beckon for relaxation, while the outdoor grill, corn hole set, and ping-pong table ensure endless fun for everyone.

Inside, the thoughtfully designed interior is a masterpiece. The chef’s kitchen boasts a 36-inch, six-burner Bertazzoni range with a custom pecky cypress range hood, paired with an oversized dining table for shared meals and bar seating for six. The family room is an entertainment haven, offering a plush sectional, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a full-sized pool table.

The accommodations cater to every need, comfortably sleeping up to 17 guests. The main floor primary suite features a King bed with a Twin daybed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Two additional main floor guest bedrooms each offer King beds for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, the bunk room is a dream for kids and teens, featuring two Twin-over-Queen built-in bunks and an air hockey table.

For added convenience, the separate guest suite offers even more privacy and comfort. It includes a Queen bed, a sleeper sofa, a private kitchen, and a washer/dryer, making it ideal for extended family or friends.

Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.  

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
