Perfect home away from home!

We loved our stay! The cabin had plenty of room for our family of four. We almost didn't want to leave! The check-in & out process was so easy, you all made us feel so welcome. After we checked out & before we had even made it out of Branson - you called to let us know our daughter's necklace had been found and mailed it right away to us. Thank you for being so amazing during our entire stay!!! We will definitely be back!

Not a terrible place to stay, but not great for us. Overall the stay was fine. The unit was clean. Location is excellent. We booked it due to the accessibility features (shower, kitchen sink). Was disappointed with the entry, the gravel has eroded and there was a fairly large dip from the parking lot to the entry ramp, it gave my wife quite a jar every time in her wheelchair. The air conditioning was not keeping up well with the hot temperatures. We could never get it below 73 at the thermostat downstairs, which meant the upstairs loft was quite a bit warmer than that. We had to go out and buy two fans to keep it comfortable enough for sleeping at night. The unit is very dark, not much natural light. No salt/pepper in the unit and some of the cookware and utensils should be replaced. Never used the pools because it was constantly packed with loud kids and the secondary pool was tiny. The living room furniture needs an update IMO, seems old and not very comfortable. It did have a nice large TV. We didn't realize that the upstairs bathroom was only accessible by entering the upstairs bedroom, which wasn't ideal for our group. Parking was great, but our wheelchair van sits too low to handle the large dips going out of the complex, so we had to go the wrong way out the one way entrance to leave each time to keep it from bottoming out. All of these things are very minor and won't affect everyone, but the totality of them led to us not absoutely loving our stay here.

We had a nice visit. Everyone was very nice and we loved the little stream behind the cabin. Also the screened in back porch was my favorite. The only thing was the fire alarm went off at 2:30 a.m and scared everyone to death. Fire trucks came promptly and searched everywhere and found nothing thankfully. They said it was very common for that property. Scared a couple years off my life tho.
