You will be closed to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. It is connected to SM North EDSA - the 3rd largest mall in Asia and located next to a major transportation hub as well as a hotspot for exciting attractions.
It has amazing amenities such as pools and gyms that can be used in pay per use basis. It is also a very short-drive or 20-30 mins walk to Solaire Resort and Casino, Trinoma Mall and government offices.
Our place is best for getaway without leaving Metro Manila. It is one of the most affordable in this prime area, best for big family/friends getaway without leaving Metro Manila. It gives privacy to parents and couples while enjoying each other company in one place - a place of fun, elegance and convenience.
Our listing is composed of 2 SEPARATE condo units in the SAME Tower 4 in Grass Residences but in different floors (34th and 36th), just elevator away.
Your group has full access to both condo units but maximum of 4 occupants in each of the condo unit has to be observed. It is best for big family or friends getaway without leaving Metro Manila.
Grass Residences has amazing amenities such as pools that can be used in pay per use basis including paid parking.
When you book and stay in my place you are helping one person (family) to be employed/earn income (hopefully more in the future) and 10% of your rent goes supporting a church as “tithes”/donations so you can enjoy a luxurious place without compromising your budget at the same time being generous and charitable.
We offer discounts for longer stays.
For our returning guests, your 7th booking will be free of charge!
