**The townhouse is only 300 meters from the sea and consists of an entrance hall with access to the indoor garage, equipped outdoor patio and convenient laundry area. The house is developed entirely on the second floor, where there is a spacious terrace, a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Our garden gives you moments of pure relaxation, while the sunset creates the ideal setting for an unforgettable aperitif.

Very close to the beach of the 5th Stop, Spiaggia del Poetto, it is the perfect starting point to explore the coast of South Sardinia, the center of Cagliari, the blue areas of the centennaries, taste the local cuisine in typical restaurants and live an authentic experience between history and the sea.

- Please inform the host if anything is broken or damaged during your stay
- Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
