Great pre Christmas getaway with family!

Perfect location, beautiful view, excellent accommodations for a large group. The kitchen is superb for cooking for a crowd. We will be back!

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

We were not able to go to beach at all because walk way was under stagnant water. The pool area was infested with mosquitoes ( I had to buy citronella candles ) but still got eaten up. They were also in the house. Down stairs bathroom was flooded from rain water seeping in and very musty. Very outdated and patio furniture was unusable because so moldy. The upstairs bedroom was the nicest part of the home with a great view and comfortable bed bathrooms were all outdated bad but upstairs master was large. They had a lot of rain but better planning for beach walkway would have been nice.
This is before you get to the worst of the standing water flooding the walk way.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. The house is great and the view is great. We were close to everything, but yet it was very private.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The LOCATION of the house is absolutely amazing!! Direct view to the beach, no house in between. The house has so many living areas and balconies to enjoy. The downstairs game room is great. Pool was clean and in good condition. The house has 5 bathrooms; on main floor, there are two bedrooms that share one bath and lower floor has two bathrooms. Kitchen is great and has all appliances and additions. Really fun to cook in. Master bedroom floor is HUGE with dream sized tub and closet.Few maintenance items that we noticed were communicated to owner but none were deal breaker. Owner has taken good care of the house! We’ll def recommend this place.

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!

Gorgeous oceanfront house

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

Great house in Hilton Head

We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! They had lots of beach toys to use as well! Thanks for a great week!

Spectacular view

Cassina Palms is a beautiful home with a fabulous view of the ocean. My husband and I and our adult children enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The home was spacious and clean. We would definitely book again.

Great property!

Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit!

An beautiful place to stay

We are lucky enough to rent a lot of homes for vacations and this one was one of my favorites. The house was great, well stocked with kitchen tools, dishes, blankets and towels. We appreciated high end touches like the ice maker, powerful blender, and pots big enough to do a seafood boil at home.The beds and furniture were high quality and super comfortable, and the space fit our group of 8 perfectly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something the first day. I was a little worried that we would miss seeing the full ocean with the house being set back, but that’s wasn’t at all the case. The view is truly spectacular and the beautiful lawn only adds to it!We rented bikes and rode to the grocery store, dinner and shops at different times during the week. The location was great. Our whole group loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

Great place to stay on HH!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this HH property. It had plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed the pool, the beach, the huge kitchen, the deck and playing ping pong! We are so happy we came here. The open staircase was a little tricky with the 1 year old but the owner gave us a baby gate and we used a chair to block the other set of stairs. This is a great property for a large group.

Great home and great location.

Our family came for a last minute getaway for the New Years holiday and we could not have been more pleased with the home. We especially loved the cabana near the ocean. The homeowner was probably the best I’ve worked with on vacation rental properties. He responded to questions or requests immediately. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future during the warmer months.

Exceeded Expectations

we have been coming to HHI for many years and this is by far the nicest house we've stayed in. Unbeatable location minutes from restaurants, bars, shops. Short, private walk to beach. Outstanding live-able home with luxury amenities, with everything in excellent working order. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Vacation

We had a total of 11 family members...7 adults and 4 children with one very well behaved dog! The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information. I would highly recommend this property and its property manager for future families.

Family Time

A perfect week at a very nice property. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive. The property had everything you could ever want or could think about. There was plenty of space for hanging out as a group and room to get away for alone time. Everyone said the property was perfect for our trip. We had a great time with perfect weather.
