This guesthouse is located in the peaceful community of Lake Panasoffkee and located just one hour from Walt Disney World and Orlando. One hour to Tampa/Busch Gardens/Clearwater/Sarasota. The suite is a beautiful queen size bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and a living room with a fold-out couch. This suite includes 2 smart TV's and Wi-Fi.
Other things to note
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside of the property. If it is found that guests smoked inside of the house, the charge will apply with no exceptions.

Cute and quiet

This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed, a quiet place to stay while visiting family in the area. Very basic kitchen and dining needs. Enough to make easy meals to enjoy while there. It is NOT a five star hotel but we very much enjoyed this cute little place.
