The garbage disposal flooded and one of the downstairs bedrooms electricity didn’t work. We stayed for 3 nights and did submit a request to fix. It didn’t happen while we were there maybe because of the short stay but the flooding made a mess. I did clean up. The condo was beautiful and we had a great time. The lake view was beautiful! Next time we will rent a golf cart for the entire stay.

Condo was ok but not clean overall. Carpets, shower mats, baseboards, floors, windows and especially back deck was very dirty. Very overpriced. College kids partying all.the.time. Seemed like a rental for college kids except for price!! I cleaned outside back doors and in between doors(siding), and table and chairs and did not really make a dent in making it look nice. If this was my home, I would not entertain until the entire place was thoroughly cleaned!! The ice maker would get clogged, some screens torn, toilet seat in one bathroom was only attached one one side, washing machine had mildew-smell BAD! Overall would not recommend or stay here again!!

Clean nice house close to the caves

I really liked staying at this property for my sisters bachelorette party. Easy to check in and out. Clean and close to the caves, winery and not far from the main strip.

Great place to stay with a large group

The condo for 12 was very spacious with great sleeping accommodations for 12 people. Everything was very clean and the pool was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the best place we've stayed so far. It was clean and everything was furnished so we didn't have to lug towels, sheets, etc. The view was amazing and right on the water. Our dog loved the big patio and so did we! Ian was a great host and I can't wait to return with family because it was a bit too big for just two, but it offreed a view that we couldn't find elsewhere.

The place was exactly as the pictures portray! Very large rooms, great accommodations! Comfortable beds. Perfect location for our group! Loved it and will go back to this facility!

It was a good condo for a group of friends. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms, and it was an easy bike ride to anywhere on the island.

Excellent place!

The only challenge was checking in as the internet service is sparse and I couldn't get to the vrbo app. The staff on hand let us use their internet and I got the email with details to check in. Great place to stay.

Great Place on PIB

This was a great condo with beautiful view of the lake, nice amenities, and a short golf cart ride to the ferry and attractions on the island. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

I don't think we will stay here again, and here are some pros and cons:The condo sleeps 10 but does not SEAT 10 nor is it equipped for 10. There is no dining table, just 4 stools at a breakfast bar. There's seating for 8 on the deck, but we had a lot of rain so that was useless. Also glad we brought paper plates and plastic forks because there aren't enough of those. Cleaning smell was so strong when we got there that we had to open the place to air it out, it was actually hard to breathe. BUT the place wasn't clean! Dead bugs everywhere, floor was filthy, two sinks wouldn't drain, towels smelled bad but washer was broken. It is a good location, there are golf carts for rent right on site, the pool is pretty nice. The "beach" is crap, and literally has a sewer discharge pipe right in front of the condos (it had a sign on it).So, not terrible but not worth returning.
