Cute place in downtown Friday Harbor. Loved the bee hive theme throughout the place. All our needs were met. Would stay again.

We loved this room. It wasquite large, two bedrooms. The coffee shop and cafe on firstlevel was a great convenience and had great food! The location was perfect also. Right downtown, easy access to the ferries anddowntown shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully situated near the Spring St; and, the one block walk to Spring St meant quiet nights. Coffee bar and restaurant attached have great food and great service.

The property’s layout was perfect for our family needs with relaxing, spacious environment, comfortable beds and fantastic location. Attention to detail was appreciated. Will definitely return because we particularly enjoyed the charming decor, privacy, and comfortable surroundings.

The best stay on the island. Convenient, but also very nice and comfortable. We've stayed here two times before, under different ownership, and it's even better than before. I love what they have done with the place!

Beautiful, large space! Loved that the property is walkable to everything we needed -- loved the close brewery! Very helpful to have parking available as well. 10/10 would revisit!

Kevin and Anne were great hosts and the place was very comfortable for my family of 4 adults. The restaurant below was delicious as well with huge portions! We rented bikes and kayaks to explore the island and had a great visit!

This quickly became our favorite place. The location is perfect, we did not need a car. We could walk to a great wine bar and several restaurants. Our only regret was that we didn't get to eat downstairs...Thank you for a great introduction to a wonderful town

Great location right in town. Easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. The house was just as described and the owners were very helpful and quick to answer any question we had. Would stay here again if back in Friday Harbor.

We were two adult couples who loved our experience with the Bee Hive. We've traveled many places and all agreed the Bee Hive was our favorite accomodations. The beds were comfortable and the showers were awesome. The location in Friday Harbor could not have been better with quick walking access to restaurants, markets, ferry and local outfitters for whatever you enjoy. We had a dedicated parking space for our car. We drove to Roche Harbor and had some excellent cuisine to enjoy the views and marina. We hope to return!!! Loved the San Juan Islands. We visited Cortes which was also charming with East Harbor.

Location was great and convenient to restuarants and activities. Since there were 4 guests, we could have used more than 2 bath towels. Lighting was also dim and hard to see near the sink area for doing dishes and making hot water in the evening. Beds were comfortable. We didn't get to experience the restaurant below during our stay but the menu and location were good.

Fred, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, found the beds comfortable, and appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants and activities. We did want to clarify one point regarding the towels. We provide one complete extra set of towels beyond the number of registered guests. For example, parties of four receive five sets of towels, and parties of two receive three sets. In addition, our contact information is posted in the suite, and we’re always happy to bring additional towels or anything else our guests may need. We also have staff on-site daily, so requests like this can usually be taken care of within just a few minutes. We do appreciate your feedback about the lighting near the sink. We absolutely agree that it’s an area that could be improved, and upgrading the lighting is already on our list of planned improvements for the fall after the busy season. This property was nicely located a short walk from the Waterfront and other destinations in Friday Harbor. We essentially parked our car and did not drive it the rest of our stay. We rented e-bikes from a conveniently located bike shop to bike around the island and did not need our car. The unit is located above a very nice Bistro restaurant, run by the owners. Our only complaint was there was a fair bit of noise coming from people in the restaurant below until later in the evening. But that did not extend past our bedtime. We loved the two very comfortable king size beds. This is a nice location to stay for two couples where you don't plan on eating much in the unit.
