Or use the Loft Office to work and take a walk in the lovely neighborhood at the end of the day. The kids can enjoy lots of back yard space for a game of soccer or frisbee. Why they chose this property
Corn fields 5 min away. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We call the house the 'Sleep Lab' because it is so quiet and we always sleep super well there!
What makes this property unique
It was built by the previous owners in the 80's to mimic a Ski Chalet, as that was their passion. It has a cool upstairs landing and loft where you can talk to the people downstairs. It gives the house a nice open feel. It also has an enormous back yard flanked by Trees, a Gazebo, Deck and benches. Truly lovely for Morning Coffee, Afternoon BBQ or a game of Frisbee with the kids.
