Great stay, great location and access to everything seaside has to offer. The beds were hard which is not the end of the world but worth noting. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Ship’s Watch. It was comfortable, cute, and convenient to all things Seaside. I wish the rental company would have done a better job of communicating via email. There were multiple emails sent when we booked, but they did not reply to my emails with speciific questions.

The water pressure in both showers was not great. There was a cold front that moved in during our stay and the water never got warm to enjoy the shower. We felt like we were freezing the whole time during our stay. A map of the gym and pool would be helpful. I know we had to call a few times to ask where it was.

Overall really loved the place and location. A couple things to be aware of. Although there is an elevator, it doesnt work so you will be carrying your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. They only provide a parking pass for 1 car, so if you have two you have to pay hourly if you want to park in town. And last, and this is nothing the owners can control, it gets very noisy, very early in the morning. Delivery trucks, Maintenance trucks, construction etc. Don't plan to sleep in. Location is amazing, rooftop deck is beautiful, furnished well and very clean.

Only 4 stars on check in because there was an issue with there texts going out to us as well as getting our parking passes and amenities cards. They made it all good, but had to doc them a little for that. would definitely recommend this property!
