Incredible accommodations and hosts. Cannot recommend this location and hosts more. Nicely secluded and private space for families to relax at the pool and multiple lanais. Close to airport, Mauna Launi Beach club, shopping sites, and excellent restaurants. Space was large enough for us to relax with my parents and 4 kids. Kimby was very prompt in getting back to me about inquiries regarding our stay. Would absolutely book here with Kimby and Ken again!

This condo was amazing and just as described. It is steps from the pool and a short drive to the private beach with wonderful snorkeling. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, and even let us stay an extra day when our flight was delayed due to a hurricane!

Ken and Kimby are the best hosts. This property was beautiful and just what we needed for our family. The pool is close. The only relative negative would be the pool has rules about noise and jumping which was tough with our 5 and 7 year olds. Otherwise it was perfect and everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place to stay! I little far from town but they have everything you need nearby. The beach was amazing and the restaurants close by were great! The house was very comfortable and for our family well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this lovely property! It was the perfect set up for our family group and we all really enjoyed the beach club, pool and grounds! The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. We’d definitely come back!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay - it was spacious, bright, clean, and had all the amenities and conveniences. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. The pool was also conveniently located outside the back door. The host was very responsive and helpful, often responding within a minute. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Foodland down the road and often walked there for provisions. Hope to return someday!

Beautiful villa with easy access to pool and walkable to beach! We loved hanging at the pool each day - it was nice and quiet and relaxing. Owners were great at communicating instructions for entry and the home is incredibly clean and fully equipped. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Beds were very comfortable. This was perfect for our family of 5 on our first visit to the Big Island! Would 100% recommend and would absolutely love to return the next time we're in Hawaii.

Ken and Kenny were so accommodating and friendly! They were fun to talk to. The villa was outstanding and met all our needs. We had the most wonderful time and totally relaxing! We hope to return again in the future! The location was perfect!

Great location and amenities. We particularly liked the kitchen and three en suite bathrooms. Excellent communications via text with Kimby and Ken and secure access to gated complex, condo, garage, etc. We didn't take advantage of the pool but went to the beautiful beach club area twice with the provided chairs and towels. Bookmarked for future visits!

This place is perfect! Has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the beach club. Very spacious and right by the pool! Access to the garage was very handy. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. We come every year and this place is by far the nicest we’ve stayed at in the area. Would 100% recommend and hope to come back next year.

Amazing hosts - they were in touch from the time we booked and throughout our stay as needed which was much appreciated! They were helpful and accommodating. The condo is amazing - perfectly equipped with every amenity you can think of. The neighborhood was very quiet with nice neighbors. There are so many thoughtful touches here - we felt like we were staying at a friend's condo. We can't wait to come back!

We had a very nice experience staying at the Palm Villa at Mauna Lani. The place was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Our only desire was to have more shade available at the fun pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.Cheryl K.

This a perfectly supplied home. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was fully stock with all appliance and every kitchen tool you could ask for while preparing meals. Every bedroom was supplied with beautifully coordinating bedding and extra sheets and blankets for the comfort like your own home. We enjoyed the notebook with instructions for the home and highlighted attractions, shopping and restaurants in the area. Private beach and pool are close to so, you can enjoy both in each day of your stay.Your family can create their own memories. Playing with the family board games in the evening is an awesome way to end your day. The host has a wide selections of family games to choose from.All beach towels, toys. chairs where supplied for your convenience and use each day. We arrived with perfect instructions and communication from the host so, everything was stress free. Our family will be back each year the same time. This is definitely paradise with all the comforts of home. Thank you Ken and Kimby for sharing your vacation home with us. You really know how to be the perfect host of this Condo.

The condo was perfect for our family of five. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs ,snorkel gear and umbrellas. It made it very nice not having to buy or pack any beach things. the pool was also beautiful. My family highly recommends this place.
