We absolutely loved staying in this unit!! It was meticulously clean and well equipped. Felt like home immediately. The pool is stunning and food service is delicious and well priced. Appreciated the nice touches like coffee and cream in the fridge along with 4 Coronas and juice. The beach is beautiful with good swimming. Furniture and some kitchen appliances appear to be brand new. Air conditioning works really well. We would stay here again! Please note, if you arrive to the complex before 4 pm you will not be able to enter. You can’t wait in the lobby or by the pool. No entry period. You will be waiting on the sidewalk outside the complex with your luggage if you arrive before that.

Extremely disappointed. We were unable to go due to the extremely dangerous situation with the cartel on 02/22/2026 and they are refusing to refund the money even though my other family members staying in the same building did. This shows, that other hosts are humane and understand the situation. I have tried messaging them, leaving voicemails, with no response. It feels like a scam to have them not refund the money as I was asked by Mexican and American officials to not travel. I was in a small town near Guadalaja during the event and the roads to Puerto Vallarta were extremely dangerous during my expected travel day with burning cars blocking all major roads around all these cities. I am extending dissapointed and will be continuing to speak with VRBO to let them know of this very unprofessional host.

I would like to start by saying that the rental company and specifically, Yaz, was kind and as helpful as she could be.The first thing we noted about the rental is that the pictures in their VRBO ad, do not represent what the condo actually looks like. The condo is very run down and in need of much maintenance. The couch was completely clapped out and springs broken. The tiles in the floor are cracked and splintering. The outdoor patio is filthy and the outdoor furniture is minimal.Condo is advertised as having a fully stocked kitchen with oven. There is no oven. The dishes are sparse and there is very little cookware. No bowls for a salad, no dishes to use the toaster oven. No serving dishes. The cook top was in very poor working order with one of the burners not working at all. We had arranged to have a private chef cook for us and we had to completely pivot as the kitchen was not properly equipped. The kitchen was only stocked with one dish cloth and one towel. The washing machine did not work properly and needed to be watched because if left, it would stay stuck on the spin cycle for HOURS. We were unable to use the dishwasher at it did not run without water going everywhere and the kitchen sink did not have a plug so we could not wash dishes properly. When we asked for a plug for the sink, they left one that did not fit. We had to use a large frying pan as our wash basin. The pool was beautiful & beach amazing. Condo simply needs some attention.
